History
Shortly after IAE 2954, the betrayal of a previous high ranking member that held the mantle of the Eternal, the table absorbed his assets and immediately went to work in forming Black Hand. Traveling to an unnamed planet, which is rich in spice that has the ability to fuel the Alliance fleets, turned it into the home of the Black Hand; where missions will be launched from.
We thank the betrayer, who is a clown, for his efforts in attempting to destroy our organization, for he has provided us unknowingly with the insight and drive to create an organization that is driven to be the best it can be. May he and his like be cleansed from the worlds in order to make the worlds safer for our kin.
Manifesto
The purpose of The Black Hand is to serve as an assassin/intelligence organization under the direct control of the table. The Black Hand primarily works in the shadows, completing objectives in secret and disappearing before anyone realizes what happened. It was created for the table and meant to be used by the Alliance when needed. The Black Hand is meant to be a lethal weapon that shows no mercy and none will be given.
It can range from assassinations, psychological operations (psyops), blackmail, spying, sabotage, torture, etc… The Black Hand is willing to do anything needed to be done in order to complete their mission. It was constructed after the betrayer had attempted to eliminate one of Black Hands leaders. The Black Hand does not search for fame or for glory, their task is only to eliminate enemies, and any other high-value targets that will be opposition to the table and the Alliance.
The members of Black Hand will serve The Table which will always keep direct control of Black Hand. Upon entering The Black Hand, an initiate will let go of his or her past life and whatever mistakes they have made. It will be as if their life is reborn again, completely dedicated and serving to The Black Hand. Once someone joins, they are in it for life, is entirely dedicated to the success of The Black Hand. If they betray or leave it, the traitor will be a target for every assassin, the Hand, the Alliance and Wraith in The Black Hand and will be an open target forever. We do not forgive nor do we forget.
Charter
The only rules:
-No drama, you get your feelings hurt easily and act like some clowns that we know, move on, we have a zero tolerance policy for people who cry. We are all here to have fun and enjoy the game.
-Don’t be a dick!
-No Mercy on our targets or enemies.
-Please do not monopolize the comms channel you are in & be courteous to your fellow players.
-Reduce the amount of background noise, if possible. Use Push-to-talk if you are eating, watching TV/Movies, listening to music, or have someone else in the room with you.
-Don’t talk over people. Just be patient and wait your turn. If it is urgent, say ‘check check’ and everyone will go quiet.
-Try to be direct during intense PvP battles and make necessary callouts. Short precise statements save lives. Avoid “me” and use your in-game name so we know who to help.
-Communication is key to accomplishing the task, do it, don’t worry about talking we all make fun of each other here.
