History of D4 Industries
Founding and Early Years
D4 Industries was founded by Cador Zemeckis, a savvy and daring entrepreneur with a reputation for winning improbable battles aboard starships. His vision was clear: to build a versatile organization capable of dominating salvage, mining, and cargo operations across the system. The journey began with a single Aegis Reclaimer, their flagship, operating out of Seraphim Station in orbit around the gas giant Crusader.
The Rise of D4 Industries
Under Cador’s leadership, D4 Industries quickly began to grow. He assembled a tight-knit team of professionals who shared his ambition and drive.
Among them was Dark Centennial, a skilled diplomat known for his charm, empathy, and sharp negotiation tactics. As the public face of the organization, Dark forged key alliances and trade agreements that helped elevate D4 Industries from an upstart to a major player in the industrial sector.
Wizz, the organization’s engineering prodigy, became the backbone of D4’s technical operations. With unmatched expertise in ship systems, loadouts, and fleet maintenance, Wizz ensured that every vessel in the fleet performed at peak efficiency—whether for deep-space salvage, resource extraction, or high-risk cargo runs.
Operations in Stanton and Pyro
Today, D4 Industries operates a robust fleet across both the Stanton and Pyro systems:
In Stanton, their primary operations center remains near Crusader, with additional outposts near ArcCorp’s Lyria for mining expeditions and microTech’s Calliope for high-yield survey missions. Salvage runs often target derelict sites in orbit around Hurston and its moons, while cargo is moved through secure lanes connecting Port Olisar, Baijini Point, and Everus Harbor.
In Pyro, the organization has carved out a foothold amid the lawless chaos. D4 crews routinely run expeditions through Pyro III and Pyro IV, extracting valuable materials from dangerous wreck fields and abandoned outposts. Their mobile fleet base operates on the edge of The Coil, using advanced jamming and stealth tech to evade raiders and rival outfits. Salvage teams brave volatile anomalies to retrieve rare components, while cargo teams risk uncharted lanes to deliver high-value goods to fringe settlements.
New Horizons
With its foundation of innovation, strategic leadership, and trusted partnerships, D4 Industries continues to expand its footprint across the stars. Whether navigating the volatile storms of Pyro or optimizing trade routes in Stanton, D4 Industries remains a beacon of resilience, ingenuity, and enterprise.
