Charter

Article I: Name and Purpose 1.1 The organization shall be known as GALAXY TREK (GALAXYTREK). 1.2 The purpose of GALAXYTREK is to explore the universe, seek out new life and civilizations, and expand humanity’s understanding of the cosmos, while promoting peace, cooperation, and mutual respect among all sentient beings.

Article II: Membership 2.1 Membership in GALAXYTREK is open to all individuals, organizations, and civilizations committed to the principles and mission. 2.2 Members shall uphold the values of scientific curiosity, unity, peace, ethics, sustainability, and education as outlined in this charter. 2.3 Members shall work collaboratively and respectfully, embracing knowledge and fostering mutual understanding.

Article III: Governance 3.1 GALAXYTREK shall be governed by the leadership staff, headed by the Fleet Admiral. 3.2 leadership staff shall establish policies, make decisions, and oversee the operations of the GALAXYTREK in accordance with the principles of this charter.

Article VI: Amendments 6.1 This charter may be amended by the Fleet Admiral with consultation from leadership staff. 6.2 Proposed amendments shall be submitted in writing and reviewed by the Fleet Admiral.

Article VII: Ratification 7.1 This charter shall serve as the guiding document for the operations and governance of the GALAXYTREK.
