Charter
A charter is defined as the major components of a company, such as its objectives, structure, and planned operations.
1. Mission First
GCS – Sierra prides itself on putting all of the contracts and missions first, in all situations. Our contractors are expected to operate with the intent of a successful mission and retention of all GCS assets.
2. Contract Privacy/NDA
Contractors are not permitted to disclose the details of a contract or pay with anyone outside of the organization.

Contractors are expected to maintain a sense of professionalism when interacting with others to maintain a good appearance for the company as a whole.
4. COC
Contractors are expected to maintain and work within their chain-of-command while on mission and off.
