ICARUS entstand aus dem Wunsch, Struktur mit Freiheit zu vereinen.

Gegründet von erfahrenen Piloten, Strategen und Freigeistern,
die sich bewusst von toxischer Elitenkultur distanzieren wollten.

Was als kleine Einheit begann, wurde zu einer Organisation mit klarer Haltung:
fokussiert, kameradschaftlich, professionell.

Der Name ICARUS erinnert an das Streben nach Höhe –
aber auch an die Verantwortung, nicht zu übertreiben.

What began as a small unit evolved into an organization shaped by:

  • Wir leben Fokus, Verantwortung und taktisches Denken
  • Wir bauen auf Teamplay, Lernbereitschaft und Charakter

Jede Rolle bei ICARUS hat Bedeutung –
vom Scout bis zum Strategen, vom Kämpfer bis zur Führung.

Aber niemand ist etwas Besonderes.

ICARUS ist aufgebaut in Wings – Einheiten mit klaren Aufgaben:

  • Combat Wing (Raumkampf & FPS)
  • Support Wing (Industrie, Logistik, Technik)
  • Management & Analysis (Leitung, Strategie, Auswertung)

Jedes Mitglied beginnt als White Wing
und kann durch Engagement, Loyalität und Können aufsteigen.

Rollen wie Red, Silver oder Gold Wing stehen für Verantwortung, nicht für Status.

Die Leitung liegt bei VincentStarlord und einem beratenden Team.

Regelverstöße, toxisches Verhalten oder verdeckte Fremdinteressen
führen konsequent zum Ausschluss.

ICARUS steht für klare Struktur –
und für persönliche Freiheit innerhalb dieser Struktur.

  • Support Wing (Industry, Logistics, Engineering)
  • Management & Analysis (Leadership, Strategy, Evaluation)

Every member starts as a White Wing
and can rise through commitment, loyalty and skill.

Ranks like Red, Silver or Gold Wing represent responsibility, not status.

Leadership is held by VincentStarlord, supported by an advisory team.

Violations, toxic behavior or hidden agendas
will result in exclusion.

ICARUS values clear structure –
and personal freedom within that structure.
