In Sidera was born from the vision, thirst and ambition of a wild group with different origins and a wide variety of skills, a group weary of limitations and disillusioned with the constraints of lawful existence in the ‘verse. The founder, Damakel, a figure driven by an unyielding ambition and a belief in the necessity of untrammeled growth, gathered a core of individuals who chafed against the established order. In the beginning, In Sidera operated from the fringes, testing boundaries and establishing its own code. 1. Unquestioning Loyalty to In Sidera: Your primary allegiance is to In Sidera and its members. Betrayal of In Sidera or its members will not be tolerated and will be met with swift and decisive action.
2. Respect for Comrades: Treat fellow members with respect and professionalism. While internal competition may exist, undermining or intentionally harming a comrade is unacceptable. We grow stronger together.
3. Uphold the Reputation: Your actions reflect upon In Sidera. Conduct yourselves in a manner that, while perhaps not lawful, is always calculated and serves our collective interests. Avoid unnecessary brutality or actions that bring undue negative attention upon the organization without strategic gain.
4. Chain of Command: Respect the designated chain of command within In Sidera during operations and organizational matters. Enforcement:
Violations of these rules will be addressed internally by In Sidera leadership, The High Command. Consequences will vary depending on the severity of the infraction, ranging from reprimands and demotions to expulsion from the organization. Loyalty and contribution will be considered in all disciplinary matters.
