شرکت ورا در پی دوران‌های پرآشوب تأسیس شد و به عنوان پاسخی به نیاز روزافزون به افراد قابل‌اعتماد و توانا در کهکشان ظهور کرد. در ابتدا یک ائتلاف سست از پیمانکاران مستقل بود، سازمان به تدریج به یک واحد هم‌پیوسته تکامل یافت و تخصص فردی را با قدرت جمعی ترکیب کرد.
ورا نام خود را از اصطلاحی باستانی به معنای “حقیقت” و “صداقت” گرفت، ارزش‌هایی که از روز اول در قلب عملیات‌های آن بوده است. اعضای اولیه راه خود را با انعطاف‌پذیری و منابع کارآمد ترسیم کردند و قراردادهایی را قبول کردند که دیگران آن‌ها را بسیار پرخطر می‌دانستند.

Vice Admiral: Tactical coordinators and advisors to the Admiralty.
Commodore: Senior operational leaders overseeing major missions and initiatives.
Wing Captain: Team leaders responsible for mission execution and team coordination.
Space Cadet: Core operatives actively engaged in missions.
Initiate: New recruits undergoing orientation and proving their skills.
3. Code of Conduct:
