History
Greetings citizen.
Chaos Puppy is a group of traders and free merchants that hold to a neutral line between UEE loyalists and outer rim anarchists, separatists, and opportunists. We don’t judge, we just deliver your goods, wherever you need them to go.
Does your organization’s have a palette for exotic meats, special narcotics, or require hard to find items that are sanctioned and or forbidden in the UEE? Or maybe you’d just like have a few items safely delivered to your organization’s headquarters without the hassles of getting your hands messy, and prefer our expert traders handle those annoying intricacies of UEE trade policy? Then you might just be looking for Chaos Puppy! Chaos Puppy, as the premier Salvage and Transports Specialists of the UEE, has a long established history with many of the unique personalities and organizations that have chosen to operate in the periphery of the UEE. With our extensive list of alliances, we can help you as enterprising ship captains become part of an exciting team, and get engaged in salvage operations in remote areas, or move that cargo safely through what otherwise seemed as hostile space. If you are interested in salvage or transport, and would like to join our team experts, now is the time to seize your cargo of destiny! We keep a small team of highly skilled captains, so recruitment slots are limited, please do not wait.
Search & Salvage Specialist?
Chaos Puppy is also actively seeking experienced crewmen trained in or would like to learn class 5 turrets, jump plotting-navigation, Reclaimer claw operations, or drone piloting, and/or are licensed to fly the P-52 Merlin. If you’d like to see the inside of a Reclaimer, or other larger vessels, and love the freedom of an occasional EVA, or the adventure of exploring that derelict vessel for hidden treasures, Chaos Puppy may have some upcoming assignments just for you. Please apply and note your experience in your application.
Special Cargo?
Are you a ship captain with experience in avoiding UEE entanglements, but would like to find the right resources or contacts out in the fringe? Chaos Puppy might just be your outfit. Past criminal history not necessarily an issue, and possibly a plus. Simply explain such history in your application, and our team of experts will be contacting you.

Manifesto
Chaos Puppy is a loose group of enterprising traders and salvage teams that place no limits on it’s ship captains. We may be a small group, but that is by choice as we aim to keep things friendly, informal, and fun. When you join Chaos Puppy you don’t bend a knee to anyone, each captain is also a leader on his/her ship, and can help lead missions for the organization as a whole as well. Aside from a few ranks dedicated to managing the organization internally, an maintaining inter organization arrangements, all established members, including the owner of the organization, are of a rank of “captain”.
“Dues and tariffs.”
Our traders and salvage captains may be subject to some dues and tariffs on operating in certain areas. This is both to keep Chaos Puppy as an organization running, but more importantly, to make it possible to operate in otherwise difficult or hostile areas with a degree of safety. We may have to use them to pay off prates or other organizations to allow our traders safe passage. It’s up to you as a ship captain to decide if it’s worth it to you to get at resources or move cargo not readily obtainable by most people, and if that is a yes, then you will need to be prepared to help support the infrastructure that allows it.
We simply ask that all Chaos Puppy ship captains, both in the transport and the salvage divisions, respect the UEE Advocacy, and Chaos Puppy and strictly adhere to the guidelines we set fourth how to interact with other organizations that may be operating autonomously from UEE intervention. …however unsavory or unethical you may personally find them. So long as you fly the Chaos Puppy flag you will be safe, but there will be rules to follow while flying that flag.

Chaos Puppy’s Salvage and Transport divisions work and in hand, come join us and be part of this exciting team. We have no political or other affiliations, we do not tell our ship captains what to do or where to go, and permit them to maintain other organizations, so long as these organizations do not invite interference to Chaos Puppy operations. It will be at the discretion of the Chaos Puppy leadership if a particular organization is not an acceptable affiliate.
Being a captain in Chaos Puppy is about feeling secure that someone has your back during those trickier transport missions, or risky salvage operations. We’re there for you. Come join the fun!Charter
Chaos Puppy has only a few rules, and believes strongly in free will. That said, we would like every member to understand the spirit and the intent of the Chaos Puppy organization which is to be a cheeky group of fun loving people. We started just a group of friends that played other games together, and all jumped into Star Citizen. We’re not going to tell you not to break the law or not pirate, but if you make us look bad, we’ll have to give you the boot. Don’t make us look bad.
Chaos Puppy will not make demands your time, we do not collect raid points, or shame you into constant raiding with us. We are a casual playgroup, and respect your personal space. If you striving for total system dominance, or aiming to be an elite a para-military organization bent on extreme competition, Chaos Puppy is probably not your organization. If you’re tired of moving fish and metals, and would like to get your hands dirty with some more exotic commodities that might incur a bit more risk, and don’t need or expect a lot of direction or overhead, then we strongly encourage you to join us.
Chaos Puppy will collect taxes and dues. This is not to make the founders rich. This is to “grease the wheels” with various groups whom might otherwise constantly plunder and pillage your operation. As a group of free trader captains ans salvage, we have a degree of power and influence, and already established alliances. You are absolutely welcome to go it alone, and maybe it will work out for you, or maybe, you are the kind of person that wants something more solid and have a little more back up? If you are the latter, expect to pay some dues for some peace of mind.
While we have few rules, there are a few things that might raise a cause for concern:- Excessive verbal abuse/bullying of other Chaos Puppy members.
- Any deliberate act that causes disruption or damage to Chaos Puppy affiliates and alliances.
*Refusal to pay any tariffs or dues that may be due.
The nature and severity of alleged actions will be determined by a group of your ship captain peers, with potential fines, or dismissal.
