Structure

Captain
Leads the organization, overseeing all operations, fleet management, and major salvage missions. The Captain makes strategic decisions, negotiates contracts, and ensures VanCore’s long-term success.

Executive Officer (XO)
Second-in-command, the XO ensures that daily operations run smoothly. They manage mission logistics, crew coordination, and assume command in the Captain’s absence.

Lead Engineer
Responsible for all repair, maintenance, and technical operations within VanCore. The Lead Engineer ensures the fleet remains in peak condition, overseeing engineering teams and collaborating closely with salvage crews.

Crew Chief
Leads field operations and salvage teams, ensuring efficiency and safety in all recoveries. The Crew Chief is a highly skilled leader, responsible for training Crewmen and overseeing ship dismantling and EVA operations.

Crewman
The core workforce of VanCore, Crewmen handle a range of duties from ship teardown to material recovery and repair work. They support the Crew Chief and Lead Engineer and are expected to be skilled in both field operations and technical tasks.

Junior Crewman
Entry-level members, Junior Crewmen assist in operations and are provided with training in EVA procedures, safety, and salvage techniques. They work their way up by proving their skills and reliability.
