Mission Statement

Wanton Destruction Rescue Collective (WDRC) is a neutral, self-sustaining organization dedicated solely to search & rescue. Guided by six core principles—Infrastructure, Industry, Neutrality, Growth, Security, and Innovation—we provide aid and protection in the vast unknown.

Our focus on manufacturing enables us to sustain operations independently, ensuring we are always ready to respond when needed.

Article I: Name & Purpose

Section 1: Name

The organization shall be known as the Wanton Destruction Rescue Collective (WDRC).

Section 2: Purpose

WDRC is a neutral, self-sustaining organization dedicated solely to Search & Rescue (SAR). We provide aid across the stars, sustaining operations through manufacturing and trade to ensure we are always prepared to respond.

Article II: Core Principles

WDRC operates under six guiding pillars:

Infrastructure & Logistics – Managing fleet movement, base operations, and supply chains.

Manufacturing & Industry – Producing ship parts, weapons, and materials to sustain operations.

Diplomatic Neutrality – Maintaining peaceful relations with all factions.

Self-Sufficiency & Growth – Ensuring financial and operational independence.

Security & Defense – Protecting WDRC personnel, assets, and operations.

Exploration & Innovation – Expanding knowledge, research, and discovery efforts.

Article III: Membership & Structure

Section 1: Membership Eligibility

Membership is open to all individuals who align with WDRC’s mission and uphold its core principles.

Article IV: Code of Conduct

Section 1: General Conduct

  1. Members must uphold the principles of neutrality, professionalism, and integrity.
  2. Hostile actions against non-hostile entities are strictly prohibited.
  3. Internal disputes must be resolved through WDRC leadership.

Section 2: Search & Rescue Protocol

  1. WDRC prioritizes rescuing all distressed pilots, regardless of affiliation.
  2. Assistance must be rendered without expectation of compensation (though donations are accepted).
  3. SAR teams must not engage in combat unless necessary for defense.

Section 3: Industrial & Trade Operations

  1. Manufacturing and trade efforts must support SAR sustainability.
  2. Members must not exploit WDRC’s industrial efforts for personal gain.

Section 4: Security & Defense

  1. Defensive measures must be proportionate to the threat.
  2. Engagement in warfare is strictly for defensive or escort operations only.
  3. Piracy and unauthorized aggression are grounds for expulsion.

Article V: Diplomatic Stance

Section 1: Neutrality Policy

  1. WDRC does not take sides in major conflicts.
  2. We maintain diplomatic ties with all factions while ensuring SAR access.
  3. Allied agreements are formed based on mutual respect for neutrality.

Section 2: Hostile Entities

  1. Pirates and confirmed aggressors against SAR operations are considered threat entities.
  2. WDRC reserves the right to protect its personnel and assets from any hostile action.

Article VI: Governance & Decision-Making

Section 1: Leadership Council

  1. WDRC is governed by a Council composed of appointed key officers.
  2. Major decisions, including policy changes, alliances, and expansions, require council approval.

Section 2: Membership Votes

  1. Key policy decisions may be put to a vote among active members.
  2. A simple majority is required for minor operational changes.
  3. A two-thirds majority is required for charter amendments or leadership elections.

Article VII: Amendments & Revisions

Section 1: Amendment Process

  1. This charter may be amended by the Leadership Council with a two-thirds majority vote.
  2. Proposed amendments must be reviewed and discussed before implementation.

Section 2: Periodic Review

  1. The charter will be reviewed annually to ensure alignment with WDRC’s mission and growth.
