Rear Admiral Fecari served on a battle cruiser in the UEE Navy for numerous tours over 2 decades. He made a name for himself among the men and women who served under him. The brass felt he was too reckless at times, though his crew appreciated when his methods paid off.
His penchant for not playing by the rules led to an early retirement. He called in a few favors and managed an honorable discharge. Davun was quoted during an interview shortly thereafter. "I regret none of my decisions. I saved lives, period. I don't expect you to appreciate what we did by reading it in a godforsaken report."
Fecari found civilian life lackluster in comparison, but he knew he'd need allies to survive. He took any job that'd help make ends meet, but he couldn't settle for scraping by.
He eventually put a crew together and expanded his operation. Before long, he'd acquired over half a dozen ships. Together with Micma Cabro, a trusted friend and UEE vet, he co-founded Cryo Dynamics.
