PREAMBLE

We, the members of Victrix Security Group, stand united under the principles of professionalism, tactical superiority, and unwavering dedication to our mission in an ever-evolving and often hostile universe. VICSEC was established as a premier private security contractor, recognizing the growing demand for highly specialized and independent security forces. In response to the increasing need for stability and strategic defense, we have structured ourselves to operate effectively across both UEE-controlled and unclaimed territories.

Our primary mission is to provide elite security, combat support, and strategic operational expertise to clients while upholding the core values of discipline, loyalty, and operational excellence. As a highly organized and adaptable force, we continuously evolve to counter emerging threats, ensuring the success of our missions and the security of those under our protection.

ARTICLE ONE: Name

The name of this organization shall be Victrix Security Group, hereafter referred to as Victrix or VICSEC.

Victrix is composed of the following primary organizational components:

Strategic Advisory Board
Led by the Executive Commander (CEO) and Captain General (COO), this body governs overall direction, long-term planning, and final authority across all Victrix operations.

ARTICLE FIVE: Membership

Victrix maintains a structured membership hierarchy to ensure clarity of roles, effective leadership, and operational efficiency. All members enter through a formal onboarding and training process, progressing through evaluation, division selection, and a probationary contract. Individuals may express role preferences that can help executive leaders find an assignment that aligns with a prospective member’s skills along with organizational needs. Promotion is based on performance, reliability, and adherence to Victrix’s core values.

Membership is structured into six tiers:

  1. C-Suite – Executive leadership (e.g., CEO, COO) responsible for overall strategy and governance.
  2. Executives – Division Directors and senior leadership overseeing broad organizational areas.
  3. Management – Department Heads and high-level coordinators responsible for specific functions.
  4. Supervisors – Unit leaders and team-level coordinators executing tactical leadership.
  5. Employees – Standard operatives, specialists, and staff forming the operational core.
  6. Auxiliaries – Trainees, contractors, or support personnel operating in temporary or limited roles.

All members shall undergo a structured onboarding, division selection, and probationary contract phase before full employment status.

Authority within Victrix flows from the Executive Command through each division, department, and unit in a strict but adaptive chain of command designed to ensure clarity, cohesion, and accountability across all levels. All personnel are expected to follow lawful orders promptly and conduct themselves in alignment with Victrix’s values of integrity, professionalism, and discretion. Leadership is both a duty and a trust—those in positions of authority are expected to lead by example, exercise sound judgment, and uphold operational standards. Disciplinary matters are handled internally, with consequences for violations ranging from corrective counseling to formal reprimand or dismissal, depending on severity and context. Investigations and reviews will be conducted with fairness, confidentiality, and the intent to maintain both individual accountability and organizational integrity.

Leadership is a responsibility, and those in command are expected to lead by example and enforce standards fairly. Disciplinary actions, ranging from verbal warnings to dismissal, are handled internally and conducted with fairness, discretion, and a focus on maintaining organizational integrity.
