History Manifesto Charter

History

There is a fire inside of us. An endless burning that drives us to succeed. In the 28th CK we have experienced heartache and tragedy, but like a phoenix we have risen out of the ashes more defiant, and determined to win. We do not stop or let up at even the most impossible task, rather we will die before we tuck tail and run.

We began our journey near 5 years ago. As a brotherhood we engaged the enemy, from large battlefields to specialized stealth operations. Very early on we established our reputation. To some we were known to be the “Wild” group of determined and vicious fighters. Many of our enemies feared us, they were intimidated by our presence.

Now, years later, we continue strong and united, always looking for new, resolute individuals with talent and drive. Though we have had hard times, the hard times have made us individually and collectively stronger than we have ever been. We challenge any who stand against truth and right. We destroy any who prey on the weak and infirm. Now as we move to Star Citizen as a main platform of our organization, we are prepared to be a major fighting force in the “Verse”. With dozens of ships at our disposal, we will not only fight for hire, but we will defend principles that we hold dear to our hearts:

We invite you if you do not already have a place in the Verse that you call home, join with us in our efforts and become a part of our family. To those who would like to become allies and friends, associates among the stars, we welcome a mutually beneficial relationship. Manifesto

The Celestial Knights may be a private security company, but we are not just hired guns. Our values and our goals are what set us apart, what strengthen us, and what drive us forward to victory.

  • Discipline. In war and in life, we stand strong against adversity and find strength in our brotherhood. Neither an uncoordinated mob nor mindless automatons, our training and culture forge a cohesive force in which every individual’s strengths are combined and directed toward the total destruction of our opponents. When the battle comes to an end, discipline curbs the instinctive impulse to continue the destruction, making the difference between a bloody and ultimately mutually destructive cycle of atrocities and a quick, surgical strike that ends a conflict with a lasting peace.
  • Security. It is the right of every human being to live their life without fear of others who seek to bring them harm. We will provide that security, allowing others to go about their daily lives in peace and prosper when freed of the influence of raiders, aggressive local powers, and inhuman scourges.
  • Freedom. At the heart of our beliefs lies the ideal of personal liberty. A world in which all are free from fear and free to pursue their own prosperity is a world that will see fortune, power, and advancement. Freedom is the key to progress, to prosperity, to peace. We fight for freedom, both our own and that of others, each victory strengthening our forces for the next until none can deny our basic right to liberty.

Charter

Brothers, we are standing tall, never to fall.

This oath you take binds you to the 28th Celestial Knights for service and family. We here are decided that not only are we a regiment, we are blood, and beyond everything else it is important we stand firm together

I a man, of sound mind and body, affirm the following tenets of my Oath of Service.

1. I will never harm a fellow CK, nor will I leave a man behind.

2. I will always protect and defend the CK name from all enemies both within and without. I will follow the orders given to me, not question them unless they will threaten the family.

3. I affirm my right to self defense and my duty to defend my brothers, and will never allow an enemy to cause us harm without reprisal.

4. I affirm my right to my beliefs and understand that these beliefs are my own. As such I promise to never let words or deeds offend me to the point I do harm to another fellow CK.

5. I affirm my right to the freedom of speech, with the understanding that my words will never harm my fellow CK.

6. I hereby pledge my sword, my eyes, my heart and soul to the very ideals we here agree upon and swear to uphold these values listed below no matter the cost. I pledge to hold fast and stand strong no matter what must be done.
