History Manifesto Charter

History

The Onyx Initiative began with Ex-United Empire Naval Officers and UEE marines from Terra III (Terra System). Today the Organization in 2954 is made up of members throughout the UEE territories. Onyx focuses on development and recruitment from UEE territories on rural areas and settlements. Members with criminal pasts are typically turned away. However, it is not unheard of for organization members to be in trouble with UEE Security forces.

The Onyx Initiative operates as a law-abiding organization, meaning a contract will not be accepted from criminal entities.

CHARTER
- Remain Professional
- Respect fellow Company Members and Clients.
- Uphold Company Standards.
- Remain connected to Company comms (Discord)
- Remain Active and Attend Official Missions and Operators as much as possible. (report Leave of absence for extended periods) \\ Not Effective until Game Patch 1.0 Full Release
- Any non-official Activities should be Law abiding. Unsanctioned Criminal Actions may result in Immediate Termination
- Operational Security will be maintained. Company Leaks or Talking to Media Unsanctioned may result in termination.
- Active members will be disturbed Salary Based on Service to the Organization, Company Funds will be used according to services, time, client commission, etc. ( You will be paid by Items of value or UEE Standard Credits )

*COMPANY STANDARDS *
1. Remain in Uniform while on “ Company-Time” or Forward Deployed.
2. Follow Directions from the most Senior Officer while on “Company-Time” or Forward deployment
3. No Theft of Client or Member’s Properties. All Loot Acquired during Official Events will belong to the Organization and be disrupted fairly.
