The story of the 77th’s history began just over five years ago with a simple, pure idea. To help people reach their goals in-game. Placing trust in one another to build a conscious state of teamwork, giving people the chance to grow through the transfer of key information around the games we played.
Pushing for the support of new members within the games we operated in gave us a strong Creed, sense of honor and a firm foundation on which to create the 77th. Today, we carry with us the same creed. Only adjusted, flexible and in touch with the demands of the modern player.
With this process, came evolution. SpacePort™. was born.. The idea of ship procurement was obvious. SpacePort™. became a reality. With the help of many members, and our affiliate corps. Our offices and members grew with-in a system of cooperative game-play, that beckons players to this day.
TeamSpeak is provided free of charge, enhancing our ability to stay connected and to facilitate our community.
is the process of planning strategic goals and objectives to tactical goals and objectives. It describes milestones, conditions for success and explains how, or what portion of, a strategic plan will be put into operation during a given operational period, in the case of commercial application, a fiscal year or another given budgetary term. An operational plan is the basis for, and justification of an annual operating budget request. Therefore, a five-year strategic plan would typically require five operational plans funded by five operating budgets.
Operational plans should establish the activities and budgets for each part of the organization for the next 1 – 3 years. They link the strategic plan with the activities the organization will deliver and the resources required to deliver them.
An operational plan draws directly from agency and program strategic plans to describe agency and program missions and goals, program objectives, and program activities. Like a strategic plan, an operational plan addresses four questions:
*Where are we now?
*Where do we want to be?
*How do we get there?
*How do we measure our progress?
The operations plan is both the first and the last step in preparing an operating budget request. As the first step, the operations plan provides a plan for resource allocation; as the last step, the OP may be modified to reflect policy decisions or financial changes made during the budget development process.
Operational plans should be prepared by the people who will be involved in implementation. There is often a need for significant cross-departmental dialogue as plans created by one part of the organisation inevitably have implications for other parts.
Operational plans should contain:
*clear objectives
*activities to be delivered
*quality standards
*desired outcomes
*staffing and resource requirements
*implementation timetables
*a process for monitoring progress

A spaceport or cosmodrome (Russian: Космодро́м , kosmodrom) is a site for launching (or receiving) spacecraft, by analogy with seaport for ships or airport for aircraft. The word spaceport, and even more so cosmodrome, has traditionally been used for sites capable of launching spacecraft into orbit around Earth or on interplanetary trajectories. However, rocket launch sites for purely sub-orbital flights are sometimes called spaceports, as in recent years new and proposed sites for suborbital human flights have been frequently referred to or named ‘spaceports’. Space stations and proposed future bases on the moon are sometimes called spaceports, in particular if intended as a base for further journeys.

Compensation is a critical area of human resource (HR) management, one that can greatly affect member behavior. effective compensation must be perceived by members as fair, competitive in the market, accurately based, motivating and easy to understand.
A collaboration of leading organizations that advocate for the exploration and development of outer space,In the hope These groups would work together to communicate to the general public, industry, and elected officials of corps. and affiliate groups, that space exploration is a compelling priority and imperative for all citizens, and that space utilization will improve life as we know it.
Through its educational and policy outreach efforts, SpacePort™ seeks to further our outreach and technology, by technically and fiscally rewarding members with many aspects of pay for service dialogue, this will inspire our members and affiliates at large, with a reinvigorated industrial base, and will foster job-creating entrepreneurial activity across a broad spectrum of the economy.
I think the prospects for space industry are extremely bright. Commercial Org.‘s are already lining up to establish affiliate businesses in various market niches: mining asteroids, mining the Moon-lol, providing launch services from any number of places, providing transportation to and from manufacturing factories in space, providing tourism opportunities, etc. The governments of the org.‘s have a fantastic opportunity to leverage this commercial investment, both enhancing their own activities in space and making the affiliate companies successful as-well. And with just a modest investment, a self-sufficient industry in space can be achieved.
Many internet gamer’s are turning into commercial space explorers: flying as space tourists, building and launching space operations, and starting space mining companies, etc… They do this because star citizen has arrived. Space colonization is now possible, by bringing the billion-fold resources of our solar system into our economic sphere. The greatest entrepreneurs of our time have sensed that this will be the golden age of space gaming and we want to make it happen.
Every member or affiliate contracted receives pay. This is a open market projection development with standardizing intent.
Job analysis is the process of studying jobs in an organization. The outcome of this process is a job description that includes job title, a summary of the job tasks, a list of the essential tasks and responsibilities, and a description of the work context. included are the knowledge, skills and abilities needed to perform the job at hand.
Job evaluation is the process of judging the relative worth of jobs in an organization. The outcome of job evaluation is the development of an internal structure or hierarchical ranking of jobs. Job-based evaluation is used more often than person-based evaluations, and so the former will be the focus in this case. There are three methods of job-based evaluation: the point method(which is the most commonly used); ranking; and classification. Job evaluation helps to ensure that pay is internally aligned and perceived to be fair.
Pay policy identification is the process of determining whether the organization wants to lead, lag or meet the market in compensation and benefits for the whole team,or elevated aspects of the current arch-type. The pay policy or strategy will likely influence member attraction and retention. Pay policies can vary across game influences,(i.e., groups of similar jobs) and job levels if everyone feels that different strategies can be effective in different areas of the organization.
Pay survey analysis is the process of analyzing compensation data from other aspects in a survey of the relevant market. Gathering external pay data (e.g., base pay, bonuses, stock options and benefits) is essential to keep the organization’s compensation externally competitive within its industry.Member attraction and retention can be improved by maintaining externally aligned pay structures.
Pay structure creation is the final and most important step, in which the internal pay structure (Step 2) is merged with the external market pay in a simple regression to develop a market pay line. Depending on whether the organization wants to lead, lag or meet the market, the market pay line can be adjusted. To complete the pay structure, pay grades and pay ranges will be developed and planned.
