The Puerto Rico Space Trading Company (PRSTC) is a company that was founded in 2922. The company’s mission is to trade and transport goods in space.

PRSTC was founded by a group of Puerto Rican entrepreneurs who saw an opportunity to capitalize on the growing space exploration industry. The company’s first major project was to purchase a fleet of cargo ships and to develop a network of space stations where the ships could dock.

Charter

Article I: Name

The name of this company shall be the Puerto Rico Space Trading Company (PRSTC).

Article II: Purpose

The purpose of this company is to trade and transport goods in space.

Article III: Membership

Membership in this company shall be open to all Puerto Rican citizens and residents.

Article IV: Officers

The officers of this company shall be a President, a Vice President, a Secretary, and a Treasurer.

Article V: Meetings

The annual meeting of this company shall be held on the first Tuesday of January. Special meetings may be called by the President or by a majority of the members.

Article VI: Quorum

A quorum for the transaction of business at any meeting of this company shall consist of a majority of the members.

Article VII: Amendments

This charter may be amended by a two-thirds vote of the members at any regular or special meeting.

Article VIII: Dissolution

This company may be dissolved by a two-thirds vote of the members at any regular or special meeting.
