Founded in 2954, the Apollo Coalition emerged from the collective vision of a diverse group of star-bound specialists. Driven by a shared passion for discovery and adventure, these pioneers sought to create an organization that embodied the spirit of nomadic exploration. Their goal was to establish a community of professionals dedicated to exploring, expanding, and thriving among the stars.

From its earliest days, the Apollo Coalition attracted individuals from various backgrounds, including seasoned explorers, skilled engineers, astute scientists, and adept pilots. United by their common aspirations, these members brought a wealth of knowledge and experience, laying a strong foundation for the Coalition’s growth and success. We are a collective of like-minded individuals committed to:

PREAMBLE:

We, the members of The Apollo Coalition, are united by a shared commitment to exploration and the discovery of the unknown. Our allegiance is to the stars, where we live on the edge of explored space, thriving on the final frontier. Above all, we value the lives and well-being of our members over any external power or force.

ARTICLE I: PURPOSE AND PRINCIPALS

  1. EXPLORATION AND DISCOVERY:
    Our primary objective is to explore uncharted territories and uncover the secrets of the universe. We strive to push the boundaries of human knowledge and experience.
  2. MEMBER WELFARE:
    The safety, health, and prosperity of our members are paramount. Every decision and action taken by the organization will prioritize the well-being of our community.
  3. INDEPENDENCE AND INTEGRITY:
    We operate independently of external powers, maintaining our autonomy and integrity. Our loyalty is to our members and our mission, free from outside influence or control.

ARTICLE II: MEMBERSHIP

  1. ELIGIBILITY:
    Membership is open to individuals who share our vision and values. Prospective members must demonstrate a commitment to our principles and a willingness to contribute to our collective goals.
  2. RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

ARTICLE III: GOVERNANCE

    Our organization is governed by the Chairman, Division Heads, and elected representatives as a Council, who are responsible for strategic decision-making and ensuring the welfare of our members.
  2. DECISION-MAKING PROCESS:
    Major decisions are made through a democratic process, involving input and votes from the Council Members. Transparency and inclusivity are key to our governance.
  3. DISPUTE RESOLUTION:
    Any disputes or conflicts within the organization will be addressed through a fair and transparent process, overseen by the Council.

ARTICLE IV: AMENDMENTS

  1. AMENDMENT PROCESS:
    This charter may be amended by a majority vote of the membership. Proposals for amendments must be submitted in writing and reviewed by the Council before being put to a vote.
