History
The Black Star Syndicate was founded by a group of daring pilots, smugglers, and salvagers who had grown tired of working for the big corporations that dominated the galaxy.
Over the years, the Black Star Syndicate grew in size and reputation, becoming one of the most feared and respected pirate organizations in the galaxy. They specialized in raiding freighters, smuggling contraband goods, and salvaging wrecked spacecraft.

Manifesto
We are the Black Star Syndicate, a band of fearless space pirates who refuse to be bound by the shackles of the law. Our aim is simple – to become the most feared and powerful force in the galaxy, no matter what the cost.
We specialize in piracy, smuggling, and salvage. We are unapologetic in our pursuit of wealth and power, and will stop at nothing to achieve our goals.
To our enemies, we are a force to be reckoned with. Our ships are armed to the teeth, our crew is highly trained and our tactics are unparalleled. We strike fast, hit hard, and leave nothing behind.
To our allies, we are loyal and dependable. We may be pirates, but we stand by our own and will fight tooth and nail to protect them.
We are not just a group of thieves, we are a family. We share a common goal, a common purpose, and a common bond. Together, we will make our mark on the galaxy.

Charter
Charter of the Black Star Syndicate
Article I – Name and Purpose
The name of the organization shall be the Black Star Syndicate. The purpose of the Black Star Syndicate shall be to engage in piracy, smuggling, and salvage within the Star Citizen universe.
Article II – Membership
Membership in the Black Star Syndicate is open to all individuals who share the organization’s goals and objectives. Membership may be granted upon approval by the syndicate’s leaders.
Article III – Leadership
The Black Star Syndicate shall be led by a council of captains. These captains shall be elected by the membership and shall serve for a period of one year.
Article IV – Conduct
All members of the Black Star Syndicate shall conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the organization’s goals and objectives. Members shall not engage in activities that bring disrepute to the organization.
Article V – Division of Spoils
All spoils acquired through piracy, smuggling, or salvage shall be divided among the members of the Black Star Syndicate in accordance with their level of participation.
Article VI – Dissolution
The Black Star Syndicate may be dissolved by a vote of two-thirds of the membership. In the event of dissolution, all assets shall be divided among the members in accordance with their level of participation.
Article VII – Amendments
This charter may be amended by a two-thirds vote of the membership. Proposed amendments shall be submitted in writing to the council of captains at least two weeks before the vote.
