Citizens' Congressional Council / CCCX

In the year of 2952, several different groups, that had been long independent and self regulated, recognised that although their activities were somewhat disparate, that they were not (and had seldom been) in conflict with each other. In fact, their separate skillsets might merge together to form a cohesive whole that could potentially create exciting synergies.

Thus was formed the Council – that these disparate bands might seek to co-ordinate their activities and leverage each others’ areas of expertise. Medics and mercenaries, bounty hunters, soldiers, industrialists, shippers, racers and even those for whom skirting the edges of the law were a norm agreed that as long as the Council could agree the separation and limitations that they would not act against each other, and as far as possible act in concert – to support each other.

The universe was about to be no longer just limited to the Stanton System and exploring, investigating, mining, and all the other activities were about to become very different – and being able to explore, take care of, supply, and defend themselves in lawless areas of space were a new logistical challenge. So an agreement then followed to formalise the Citizens’ Congressional Council, that representatives of all members might have a say in the future of the CCC.

The universe is expanding and the CCC aims to take advantage of all the new opportunities that present themselves and advance the success of all its constituent members. The future belongs to the bold – and the CCC aims to own as much of the future as it can carve out.
