“If humanity is to survive, sacrifices must be made for the greater good.” Sometimes the UEE doesn’t understand this, Cerberus does.
Our main principle is: Provide humanity’s survivability and supremacy at any cost!

About our Network

Cerberus Network is an autonomous network of different Crews and Organsations, created with a primary goal – to offer services for any need.
Cerberus Network is intended as a tool, that allows communication between Cerberus Staff, and that is used as a resource of data acquiring and mission assignment.

We have nothing to do with the Organisation from Mass Effect, except the idea.

Current status

Due to recent military cleansing operations towards several Cerberus cells, subsequently followed by a series of arrests and criminal cases to our agents, a lot of classified data was acquired and decrypted by UEE.
That move drained a lot of Cerberus resources, and several Cerberus Cells had to be shut down.

This cell was recently created with a primary goal of reestablishing the Cerberus Network.
Since our agent roster is scarce, our top priority is agent recruitment, along with all operations necessary for rebuilding the Network.

To operate properly, we must establish info channels from all possible levels of management, such as:
  • weapon & aircraft developing corporations;
  • big and medium trade agencies;
  • medical facilities, hospitals etc;
  • any state control departments;
  • bioengineering centres;
  • mining organizations;
  • private freelancer orgs;
  • security agencies;
  • smuggling and pirate gangs.

History

Cerberus arose from the tumult of the Third Contact War, later known as First Tevarin War in 2541, a conflict between humanity and the third alien race they had encountered after achieving spaceflight, the Tevarin, a warrior-race who ultimately sparked the first of two wars with the humans.

Several Cerberus Cells took its part in both First Tevarin and Second Tevarin Wars. While still young UPE, later led by Ivan Messer, was busy with Tevarin annihilation, The Network was able to carry out a series of successful operations, such as:
  1. Destructions and Thefts of multiple Tevarin weapon and defense systems prototypes. Those operations not only prevented the strengthening of Tevarin military forces during the war, but critically dampened the development of Tevarin technology in general. The stolen goods were transferred to different research Crews.
  2. Carrying out several cleansing operations mainly to erase Tevarin partisan collectives and outposts in dangerous regions.

Few know that Cerberus was also involved in the victory at the Battle of Centauri. Just a few weeks before the start of our largest operation in the second war. Cerberus Cells were ordered to provide additional medication and steroids to pilots of several squadrons, including the famous Squadron 42. Due to extremely low (approx. 0.001%) probability of death and relatively low probability of deterioration during combat, the pilots showed improvements by 5-15%. Authorities explained this as general increase in morale, as well as an excellent military training.

Cerberus is divided into numerous independent cells which have no knowledge of their counterparts. This ensures that, should one cell be compromised, the others would not be captured. Cerberus maintains many kinds of cells, ranging from military to politics to science, but all united under the common goal of advancing humanity.

Manifesto

Cerberus Network Principles

  1. Cerberus Network is a fully anonymous and autonomous cell, with its own net of agents operating in various organizations.
  2. Cerberus Network supports humanity’s ascension and survival, therefore we entirely justify any method.
  3. Communication inside the Cerberus Network chat is strictly forbidden.
  4. All communication needs will be handled by Cerberus Network servers.
  5. Please notice that we only accept English Speaking Adults.
  6. Server development will begin as soon as we recruit enough members (~30).

Available Jobs

  • Enforcers – Persons that execute special tasks within and for the Cerberus Network, comparable with the left and right hands of the Shadow Brokers in following fields and many more: (That person is a likely candidate for a Shadow Broker (info refiner) position, when opened.)
    • Security (Security Management, Incident Response, …)
    • Business (Recruitment, Marketing, Contracts, …)
    • Search & Rescue (Incident Response, Exfiltration, …)
  • Project Coordinators – Persons that bear future responsibilities for operations inside Cerberus Network (Can also be leaders of other organisations that want to take part in the Cerberus Network). (That person is a likely candidate for a Shadow Broker (info refiner) position, when opened.)

Regular Cerberus Network Positions

1. Helping Hand
Description

A Helping Hand is an untested Agent without much expertise. They are basically spies that supply Cerberus Network with various information concerning anything interesting. If the information is validated, a Shadow Broker spreads the information into the network.
A Helping Hand starts with the lowest rank and gets promoted after special Agent support or by entering an operation/project. The earnings are appropriate for a side job, the Helping Hand receives funds from every project/operation his information was valuable.
A Helping Hand can also be a sleeper cell that lives its life in any organization and activates at any time when valuable information passes by and he or she wants to share it or take action as Agent himself or herself. A Helping Hands identity remains unrevealed even after project completion, therefore it is considered a perfect way to earn funds on a side job.

Requirements
  • The information passed on should comply Cerberus principles: Humanity first at any cost. Therefore simple piracy on any human won’t be accepted.
  • You should take part in at least one organization. (Top management position preferred.)
  • Hardcore play is preferred, Regular is enough, Casual is possible.
  • You should ALWAYS set your membership status to “Hidden Affiliation” or at least “Redacted”.
Tasks
  • Supplying information to the Cerberus Network
  • Agent support
2. Agent
Description

Agents are advanced Helping Hands or persons who have entered a project/operation. They receive a bigger percentage of acquired funds and can reach 30% of total cargo/salvage/captive ransom/etc profit. This is the lowest rank for dedicated project/operation members.
An Agent can be promoted to a Supervisor by the Project Coordinator who leads a project/operation.

Requirements
  • To become an Agent of the network, you need an appropriate project/operation to join.
  • You can also be promoted to an Agent when you provided special information/actions. This will be done by a Shadow Broker.
  • It’s better to set your membership status to “Redacted” or “Hidden”, but it is acceptable to keep it visible, if you prefer.
Tasks
  • Project choosing
  • Agent assignment
  • Squad forming
  • Project monitoring
  • Project execution
3. Supervisor
Description

A Supervisor rises in the fields of income, authority and responsibility. They are comparable to project/operation officers and underly the direct command of a Project Coordinator.
Supervisors generally coordinate Squads or execute Special Ops needed within a project/operation.

Requirements
  • A Project Coordinator names his Supervisors.
Tasks
  • Providing a chain of command.
  • Working with top project/operation management.
  • Leading and managing parts of a project.

If you don’t like any of the categories listed but want to help the cause? Apply! There are no limitations!

Conclusion

  • Cerberus Network allows you to live a double-life if you keep low profile.
  • You can be a humble merchant and a fierce Supervisor, spreading the idea of human advancement with every bullet, when a Project Coordinator calls to you.
  • You can be a good officer of an organization, sharing some valuable info about your rivals, to get confidential profit.
  • You can also be a not-so-good officer which sells his own organization secrets, again, confidential.

Laws and Duties

Alien Communication

Communication and collaboration with Xens within the Cerberus Network is not liked but accepted, as you might need alien contacts to receive relevant project/operation information/technology/data.

Helping Hand

An experienced Helping Hand never shares all information he gets because a revealed agent is often blacklisted in all business societies, if not dead.

Agents and Supervisors

You have much more choices than being a badass, some agents operate on the brink of Cerberus principles, making tough deсisions only when necessary.

Project Coordinator

A Project Coordinator is personally interested in forming his own squad because chances of mission success are tightly connected to loyalty of Agents under operator command.
Project Coordinators can create their own syndicate consisting of Supervisors, Agents, and Helping Hands.

Enforcer

An Enforcer is a special agent. They execute operations, duties and commands or services that are essential for the networks confidentiality, integrity and authenticity. Enforcers have highest priority and authority as Shadow Brokers should be unkown and only familiar to each other.

Shadow Broker

A Shadow Broker has bank access, so he can pay for the services of every member. Shadow Brokers also triage and spread the information that is provided by all agents and coordinate all network necessary services.
