History

Delta CO.1 is a trading and smuggling organization based out of Colorado on SOL III. We were founded on the belief that all goods should be easily obtainable for anyone with the appropriate assets. This is not the case in today’s universe because of the strict laws and military boundaries set in place by the UEE. Over the years we have figured out that many people desire goods that are unobtainable by the average civilian because they are not willing to risk their own reputation. Whether this be by crossing military lines into alien space or transporting legal goods into systems that may outlaw those sought-after goods.

Founded in 2945, Delta Company has been known for their trustworthy and guaranteed services in order to get you your sought-after goods.

We are here to make money. Plain and simple. Whatever jobs land us the most money, Legal or not, will get our signature. We’re not talkin’ about trading coffee beans or computer parts; we’re talking about those sought-after elicit drugs, rare endangered animals, exclusive alien ships, or any other tangible item not sold in the common market.

QUALITY AND ASSURANCE

All of our products and services have are guaranteed to be 100% legit and trustworthy. We may operate outside the law to obtain the rare or elicit goods but the way we conduct and complete deals do not.

Charter

RULES OF ENGAGEMENT
  1. Do not fire unless fired upon.
  2. If any member including yourself is in danger due a hostile ship or soldier, you have permission to engage
  3. If any member turns on another member, appropriate action will be taken and consequences are severe

We are not here to stack up Civilian casualties or bounties. We may be operating out of the Law at times, but not out of morals

BUISNESS
  1. No member may conduct or advertise a fake item or service
  2. Items may be stolen or purchased illegally
  3. The customer assumes responsibility for any stolen goods after the contract is complete
  4. Items or Services provided to the customer must not interfere with the customer during the contract
    • This includes but is not limited to:
      • Stealing the goods from the customer
      • Harming the customer or damaging his goods during escort contracts

Any additional rules needed for certain situations will be made by an officer prior to contract start
