Mythos

As members of the Demons of Razgriz, we are entitled to turn the tide of a conflict in whichever direction we deem necessary, regardless of legality.

In Practice

We use this idea as a justification to jump into (or stay out of) any battle, on any side of our choosing. We do not bind ourselves to the laws, nor do we take part in indiscriminate piracy.

Combat

1. Any hostile actions among members are strictly prohibited, unless otherwise agreed to by both parties, such as a duel or dogfight.
2. Any member is free at attack, kill, destroy, or steal, any person or property that is not affiliated with our organization. However, constant indiscriminate killing is frowned upon, and any form of griefing will not be tolerated.
3. In accordance to #2, any person or group defeated by any member should be given a fair opportunity to recover. Ejected pilots, or people otherwise rendered ship-less, should no longer be targeted unless they continue hostilities

Conflict Intervention

1. If a conflict is encountered between two external parties, any members may assist whichever side they choose, regardless of their affiliations (pirates, civilians, other Orgs, etc).
2. In such a case that two or more members end up in the same conflict, but on opposing sides, the highest ranked member(s) determine which side to support, if any, and all other members involved should follow suit.

Rank Progression

We intend to acknowledge service, loyalty, and behavior. A members Rank should be a symbol of their contributions to the organization. Below are the basic requirements for each rank, though they may be stretched (or in some cases, ignored) at times. We will also take recommendations into account. Excessive behavioral issues may also cause a member to be demoted; this would be considered on a case by case basis.

1 – Regular

Show consistent activity. This does not require activity every day, just consistency. Once this has been satisfied, a recruit will be automatically to promoted to a Regular.

2 – Experienced

Choose a career path and take part in 5-10 related sorties.

3 – Veteran

Pilot Take part in 5 successful sorties.
Fighter Pilot Obtain 10 vehicle (sortie related) kills.
Support Crew Take part in 10 sorties.
Intel / Navigator Take part in 10 sorties.
Soldier Obtain 10 player (sortie related) kills.
Tradesman Make a total profit of 10,000 UEC.
