History

Freedom Syndicate was founded by a couple friends looking for some people to game and chat with. As we expanded our friend group and Discord we decided we wanted to be a fully fledged org, and therefore have started recruiting efforts. Our org is small, but that means we are able to easier build a repertoire with new members and people on the fence about joining.

Manifesto

Freedom Syndicate is a place for people to hang out and game together. We’re a fairly laid back org that accepts anyone willing to have good conversation and fun gaming sessions. We’re a mixed bag of people and we take pride in that. We’re not looking for people that want to bring unneeded drama and problems into the game. If that all sounds too good to be true I suppose you’ll have to join and find out for yourself how honest we are. We do bunkers, salvage, and everything in between. We’re happy to help new players find their footing as well.

Charter

We aren’t an org with many rules. Here are the 3 we have:

  1. Respect – We are all here to have fun and keep it that way. Fun jests are ok until its apparent they are not, we are adults we know when it goes to far. If you are making this org not fun for another player/friend, the admin team will decide on the consequence which could range from a verbal warning, timeout from server, or ban. If an admin is not present please report any incident that needs to be addressed
  1. Event lead has the floor – If someone is taking the time to organize an org event, control is theirs. Do not talk over them, listen to their directions, do not give any direction unless you have talked to the lead before the event or they ask. Event leaders take time to plan and make events happen, one person can ruin the event not only for the leader but all participants. This goes back to rule #1 (edited)
  1. Politics – The discussion of politics is completely ok as long as rule #1 is being followed and the discussion is at an appropriate time. We believe that everyone has a right to their views on this topic and talking about it can be very rewarding. Though if you are asked to stop talking about this subject, stop.
