Duality emerged from the crucible of conflict and the unyielding spirit of its original founder, Ge-Force. The organization’s origins can be traced back to the aftermath of a critical mission during the Vanduul conflict. Ge-Force, a distinguished ground commander in the UEE Army, had earned his nickname through feats of bravery and relentless determination.

Having successfully completed his tour of duty and longing for a new adventure, Ge-Force found himself yearning for a greater task and purpose. One that transcended the boundaries of planetary warfare to enable a diverse group of individuals bound by a common purpose, to achieve great things as a team. He took his family’s Carrack and laid the foundations for what would later become Duality.

The Birth of Duality

Driven by a commitment to integrity and a desire to explore the uncharted territories of the ‘verse, Ge-Force gathered a cadre of like-minded individuals who shared his values. They were soldiers, engineers, pilots, strategists and outlaws alike each possessing a unique skill set forged in the fires of conflict, immersed in duality.

The early days of Duality were marked by a relentless pursuit of knowledge and discovery. Ge-Force, with his military background, instilled a sense of discipline and strategic thinking within the organization while the diverse talents of its members allowed Duality to establish itself as a formidable force, both in the realms of exploration and, when necessary, in defense. With the Vanduul threat looming, Ge-Force secured an RSI Polaris War bond with some help from his military connections. In the years that followed, others brought their corvettes and capital ships to join Duality’s majestic fleet as the threat of a Vanduul invasion loomed.

Expanding Horizons

Duality’s first major expedition into the unknown regions of space showcased the organization’s commitment to pushing boundaries. Ge-Force used his family’s Carrack, a generational exploration vessel named, “Othala.” Onboard, a crew of seasoned veterans and fresh recruits, charted two new jump points, discovered minor fauna/flora on a largely unexplored planet, and collected valuable data for both scientific and strategic purposes. As the reputation of Duality grew, so did its membership. Pilots, scientists, and traders flocked to join the organization, drawn by the promise of camaraderie, shared purpose, and the thrill of the unknown!

As the years passed after the Vanduul Attack, Duality evolved into a well-respected and influential organization, its members contributing to the ever-expanding tapestry of the ‘verse. Ge-Force’s legacy endured, and the principles he instilled in the early days continued to guide Duality’s actions even today.
