As a private military corporation, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of conduct, integrity, and professionalism while safeguarding the values we hold dear.

Article I: Name and Purpose

Section 1: Name

The name of this organization shall be the “Hyperion Military Corporation,” hereinafter referred to as “HMC.”

Section 2: Purpose

The purpose of HMC is to:

Provide security, defense, and protection to the United Empire of Earth (UEE) and allied entities.
Advance the interests of peace, stability, and prosperity throughout the universe of Star Citizen.
Engage in scientific exploration, research, and development for the betterment of humanity.
Promote ethical conduct and responsible corporate citizenship.

Article II: Governance

Section 1: Leadership
