History
Born from the remnants of covert military operatives and disillusioned mercenaries, Eclipse emerged in the aftermath of a classified UEE black ops mission gone wrong. The mission, codenamed Operation Abyss, was meant to eliminate a growing insurgent faction deep within uncharted space. However, betrayal from within led to the massacre of half the task force, leaving the survivors abandoned, declared dead by the UEE.
Rather than fade into obscurity, these operatives rebranded themselves, adopting the name Eclipse—a nod to their ability to disappear into the shadows and strike from the darkness. The organization started with recruiting ex-military specialists, intelligence agents, and cyberwarfare experts disillusioned with the rigid politics of the UEE and corporate overlords. Unlike traditional PMCs, Eclipse operates with surgical precision, specializing in infiltration, intelligence gathering, and high-risk contracts that no other outfit would dare take. Neither Good nor Bad, Eclipse will do any job that can strengthen or fund their organization.
While Eclipse offers its services to the highest bidder, it follows an unspoken code. This approach has earned it both respect and fear across Stanton, Pyro, and beyond. From silent extractions deep within hostile territory to full-scale sabotage operations, Eclipse has cemented its reputation as a force that operates in the shadows—only visible when it chooses to be.
Now, with its influence expanding, Eclipse is more than just a mercenary outfit. It is a ghost in the system, an unseen hand shaping conflicts before they even begin. Whether you’re a corporation looking for an asset recovery team or a warlord needing a silent war fought in the dark, Eclipse is always watching—waiting for the right price.

In the void, where empires wage wars and corporations pull the strings, we exist beyond the reach of laws and loyalties. We are the blade in the dark, the whisper before the fall. We do not fight for flags, we do not kneel to kings—we answer only to the contract and the creed.

Charter
Article I: Conduct & Discipline
Professionalism First – Eclipse operates with discipline and precision. Conduct yourself with respect and professionalism at all times, both in and out of the field.
No Language, No Inappropriate Talk – Foul language, offensive remarks, and inappropriate discussions have no place in Eclipse. We uphold a standard of respect.
No Drama, No Division – Internal conflicts weaken the organization. Disputes should be settled privately or through leadership mediation.
No Tolerance for Betrayal – Leaking intel, working against Eclipse, or compromising missions will be met with immediate expulsion—and consequences.
Respect the Chain of Command – Orders exist for a reason. Follow leadership directives during operations. Questions and feedback are encouraged but must be given appropriately.
Article II: Operations & Engagement
Mission Above Ego – Eclipse values precision over reckless heroics. Follow strategy, execute with efficiency, and always prioritize mission success.
Maintain Operational Security (OpSec) – What happens in Eclipse stays in Eclipse. Do not discuss strategies, targets, or contracts with outsiders.
Leave No Trace – Whenever possible, complete objectives without drawing unnecessary attention. Eclipse operates best when it is feared but not seen.
Article III: Membership & Growth
Quality Over Quantity – Eclipse is an elite force, not a mass-recruitment organization. Only those who prove their value and align with our code will be accepted.
Continuous Training & Improvement – Members are expected to hone their skills, train with the team, and stay sharp in combat, infiltration, and strategic execution.
Represent Eclipse Well – Your actions reflect on the organization. Whether working a contract or interacting in the ‘verse, act with honor and competence.
Article IV: Contracts & Payment
Loyalty to the Contract – Once a contract is accepted, it will be fulfilled without deviation. Abandoning or compromising a job is not tolerated.
Payment is Earned – Compensation for jobs will be distributed fairly among participating operatives. Greed and undercutting allies will not be tolerated.
Article V: Consequences & Enforcement
Break the Code, Face the Consequences – Any violation of this charter will be handled swiftly. Punishments range from warnings to permanent expulsion, depending on severity. Eclipse does not tolerate liabilities.
