Welcome to The Europa Logistics. We deal in trading as well as transport of people or goods. We also do private contracting including military and covet ops operations.

History
Europa Logistics Started out transporting goods and running trade routes. After losing a lot of trade through pirating and other means E Europa Logistics decided to restructure the business and also branch into other business opportunities. This restriction was based on the protection of their employees and business partners.
After several wars and other outside influences Europa Logistics started its own Private Military built to protect its employees and also to serve as a Mercenary’s available to be hired or to enforce the organisations will and help their expansion into less hospitable areas.
With the Expanse of technology Europa Logistics saw an opportunity in exploration and branched into finding new opportunities in distant places helping new colonies with finding and transporting people to and from as well as supplying them and offering protection services.
Manifesto
We believe that every individual matters and that Trade and Security should be at the heart of all Humanity and the protection of our people.
We aim to constantly adapt and improve our services as the ever changing needs of our people and aim to be the market leader in Logistics and Security services and pride ourselves in a Job well done.
We believe if there is a problem or a job needing done we can find the solution through one of the many channels of business we operate.

Charter
Purpose
Europa Logistics is an ever adapting organisation looking to advance and further expand through space and make its mark on in the universe. As an organisation we take care of our employees and their families as well as look to better the lives of all. This organisation deals in Logistics trade and contract fulfilment to maximise profits and spread our influence.
Hierarchy
The Board Members are made up of the Founders who appoint a CEO. The Department Heads are also welcome to sit at some board meeting and have an input into to the long term vision of the Organisation. Board Members can also be appointed by a Vote from founders. To become a board member is evaluated on length of membership and contribution to the organisation.
Each Department Head Will have 3 Supervisors working under them the people will be selected by an interview with the Department Head and a board member. This Number may expand depending on the size of the department and the needs of the organisation.

Overall Transportation of business related goods and services. Generally lower risk transportation. Running trade routes. More Duties may be added as the organisation expands.
- Security
Security runs the Military Logistics side of things as well as internal security and protection and securing trade routes. More Duties may be added as the organisation expands.
- Human Resources
Handling the recruitment of new employees for each department, handling internal disputes and organising training. More Duties may be added as the organisation expands.
- Marketing
Dealing with the public and spreading our organisations influence through the space. Marketing will also manage explorers and help find lucrative trade routes and contracts. More Duties may be added as the organisation expands.
New Departments may be opened and depending on the organisations direction and expansion.
