History

Well folks here you have it, Greycat racing is coming to a planet near you. F1 Greycat Racing was founded by the well renowned grey haired maestro himself Ernie Frecclestone. The man who originally brought to you Cathcart trolley racing.

Weren’t those the days we all remember, with dual racers clad head to toe in heavy armour making trolley dashes around the streets of Area 18. It was a shame that Ernie was sued almost to bankruptcy over that misfortunate accident between 5 time annual champions Quaylo Tai Kazen and her twin sister Contressa after colliding with that jaywalker. At least he made a full recovery… eventually after 6 years in stasis.

But enough of the past, here is the present and what a present Ernie has lined up for you.

If you think you have a team that is confident enough to participate in the 5 man relay race 20k challenge then come along and sign up for the seasons event.

Looking forward to seeing those lovely skins you guys produce along with those lovely outfits the ladies wear on ladies day!

A big shout out goes to Sir Quentin Reginald Watson who will be providing interviews in the pits giving us insights into the teams as well as covering the preparation and promotion of the venues leading up to race days.

Manifesto

WELCOME, WELCOME, ONE AND ALL, TO ERNIE’S HOUSE OF FUN, FROLICKS AND MAYHEM!

TO ALL UEE ADVOCACY PERSONNEL, WE ALL KNOW HOW GOOD YOU ARE….. YOUR BANNED!

NOW ONTO THE IMPORTANT STUFF, RULES OF ENROLMENT.

Rules of the seasonal tournament are as follows!

  1. You must have a minimum team of 8 members.
  2. This will consist of 5 relay members, and 3 cover personnel in case of death at the wheel.
  3. 16000 UEC entry fee and 90% of the purse divided up between 1st, 2nd and 3rd places.
  4. Ernie Frecclestone Business Magnate receives 10% for organisational costs, venue planning, marketing fees and hospital facilities.
  5. Registration fees up front to enroll team name and personnel for the season. Replacement personnel will not be charged a fee.
  6. IF YOUR NAME IS NOT DOWN THE GREYCAT DON’T GET IN!
  7. Registration gives access to all 6 venues TBD, for consideration of planetary infestation of crotch spiders, plague or warfare constraints.
  8. Anyone (team) found tampering with a pit teams gear or personnel prior to or during an event will be banned for life from the events.
  9. This list is not exhaustive, so keep an eye out for changes prior to the start of the season.

THE SIX VENUES WILL BE READIED IN SECRET AND ANNOUNCED TWO DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT

THE DAY BEFORE THE EVENT TIME TRIALS WILL DETERMINE FINAL POLL POSITIONS

THE RACE WILL BE SET OVER 20KM WITH ADDITIONAL FUN THINGS THROWN IN

THESE WILL CONSIST OF OBSTACLE COURSES, FIRING RANGES AND HURDLE JUMPING TO NAME A FEW

RACE MEETS WILL BE HELD WITH ALL TEAMS (VOIP) PRIOR TO EACH EVENT TO ENSURE ATTENDANCE SUITABILITY

ANY NUMBER OF TEAMS CAN ENTER, BUT ONLY 10 TEAMS ON THE DAY GET POLL

SCORING SYSTEM OF 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, AND 1, OUT OF THE TEN AVAILABLE POSITIONS AND AN EXTRA 2 POINTS FOR FASTEST LAP

TEAM WITH MOST POINTS AT END OF SEASON TAKES THE BIGGEST SLICE OF THE PIE
