If company propaganda is to be believed. Fat Kitten Industries was founded during a chance meeting between a dread pirate faction and smuggling operation. While the ensuing battle was said to light up the night skies of nearby planets, a stalemate would ensue. A truce was forged before system authorities could intervene in the skirmish and the two factions agreed to form a partnership. This partnership would eventually lead to the creation of the semi-legitimate trading corporation known as Fat Kitten Industries – named for Erron Kitten of the Red Raiders and Lady Daro the Fat of the Ponce Smuggling Collective.
