Firedawn Collective Legion / FDCL

The Firedawn Collective Legion (or just Firedawn for short) was founded in the year 2080 on the planet Earth in the Sol system shortly after Dr. Scott Childress managed to create a device capable of achieving 1% the speed of light: the Quantum Drive. The organization started small as a band of intellectuals connected with a faith for the advancement of humanity among the stars.

Now, almost 900 years later, Firedawn finds itself among the stars in the Stanton system following the brutal conflicts of the UEE with the many threats the great expanse brings home. Having shadowed the UEE and left picking up the scraps of civilization left behind and mending the hearts and minds, as well as providing extensive medical care to victims, the Firedawn Collective Legion has begun to take up arms and rise to the theatre of combat.

During the first Unification Wars
in the year of 2380, the FDCL was patrolling the sector and responding to distress beacons when space skirmishes were being reported as occurring. Quick to the scene, the FDCL rescued crews that were left drifting in space from the wreckage of their ships, either returning crews to the UNE after receiving medical attention or turning in mutineers to the local authorities. This marks the beginning of the FDCL’s involvement on the galactic board and earns the organization an endearing reputation.
