Welcome to the United Empire of Earth Office of Naval Intelligence Section-5 ‘Felhamr’ (UEEONI-5). Our Directive is securing and maintaining UEE supremacy in military might and political power over rival and enemy parties. As stated in our Manifesto all UEEONI-5 operations are ‘black operations’ and must remain confidential until deemed ‘declassified’ by the High Advocate and the Legatus Navium. As the UEEONI-5, operatives may conduct operations that may fall outside of conventional UEE law and thus operatives in the field have been granted the ability to take any action to ensure mission success by the High Advocate and the Legatus Navium. Listed below are parameters that all Operatives must abide by:

• All operatives MUST set the organization visibility to [REDACTED] for the UEEONI-5 in order to maintain deniability during and after operations

• Maintain a professional attitude during operations and be courteous to others off and on duty.

• Operatives must abide by the equipment parameters listed in the [operator-armory] during active operations. (This does not apply when off duty and referring to the parameters off duty is optional.)

• Operation details and personnel MUST remain [REDACTED] until deemed declassified.
