A small group of us, unsatisfied with the ineffective management and limited staff interaction in our previous organization, we decided to leave and form our own. Our goal was to address the lack of management and involvement of our prior leaders.
By establishing a council, we guaranteed that each member had a voice within the organization.

This council, comprised of individuals from diverse backgrounds and expertise, is instrumental in fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusivity within our organization. Weekly meetings provide a platform for open discussions, where innovative ideas are shared and collective decisions are made. We ensure that every member feels valued and heard. As a result, our organization thrives, with each member contributing their unique skills and perspectives towards our common goal.

After forming our council, we agreed to operate on our own terms and be unbounded by any external rules. Our autonomy allows us to act freely and take what we wanted when we wanted it.
