History
Founded in 2951 by Allen Foxx, Foxxore started out of a small repair shop in the heart of Lorville. Due to financial struggles, Allen decided to take on a side job which consisted of running ore transport around the area. Being a former Super Hornet pilot certainly helped, and when word got around of his no-frills performance, larger corporations stationed in the area began contracting him for work. Needing a larger ship for the task, he began collecting spare components from his shop and, along with some generous donations from his wealthy twin on New Babbage, Allen managed to fix up a Mercury Star Runner for the task. At around the same time, Foxxore managed to grow it’s workforce. Today, they are stationed in the industrial underbelly of Orison, where they lead operations around the Crusader region after being contracted by Kelly Caplan herself. While still a relatively small company, Foxxore has proven itself as an effective asset time and time again.
Manifesto
Formed by the principles of being quick, efficient, and maintaining a good morale, Foxxore has a unique company structure that gives employees unparalleled flexibility. Using the “Worker Expedition” method, individuals within the org are able to invite fellow coworkers together to accept and fulfill their own contracts, allowing members to get the role they want when on the job. Now, while the structure is open-ended, there is still a hierarchy to prevent Foxxore employees from taking work with people who operate in “legal gray areas.” Manager oversight remains limited however, making us a great option for those who enjoy minimal executive interference. Besides that, Foxxore prides itself on a healthy internal environment, believing that happy employees will perform better in demanding situations, which the job may call for.
Charter
While Foxxore is a open-ended company that prides itself on flexibility, there are some ground rules that must be followed.
-Do not accept suspect or illegal contracts. Foxxore is a strictly white market entity, and as such is subject to both UEE and local law.
-Do not harass or bully other employees. We pride ourselves on a healthy work environment.
-Follow all safety guidelines when operating heavy machinery. Reckless behavior can prove dangerous to both you and others.
