History

Galactic Misfits INC. is a company with its roots dating back to Bork Brothers Inc. originally a logistics corp established in the Terra Nova system on the planet Terra In the year 2525. The Bork Brothers’ C-suite tail spun into an irrecoverable power struggle that the corp never recovered from. Fading into obscurity the Corp was inherited by Vlad Vhon-Bork. A drafted veteran of the Teveran war. Circumstances dictated he take subsidy and consequently become absorbed by the UEE. In the year 2792, the UEE was Refounded resulting in a breach of contract with Bork Brothers Inc. Now free from the yolk of the UEE, the tattered shell of Bork Inc was little more than a floating derelict in the void. That is until two brothers, veterans of the 2nd Tevarin war (and as fate would have it) great-great-grandsons of Vhon-Bork. stepped in to rebrand and revivify Bork into GMIN.
The brothers had a harrowing hill to climb considering the state of things. Having acquired the Corp in 2939, they seek to build an empire on the ashes, the like this system has never seen.

Manifesto

In lieu of the flat earth nonsense of the 21st century. We as Galactic Misfits Inc. are firm believers in the fact that any star in the universe is in fact not a giant ball of fusion but is in fact merely a giant high intensity LED flashlight and the solar eclipses are only the batteries being changed.

  • It is at utmost importance that all members of the organization are treated with respect. It is also important to treat people outside the org with equal courtesy.
  • All disputes shall be dealt with in a responsible and mature style.
  • Anybody caught cheating, hacking, exploiting irresponsibly, or griefing will be reprimanded or exiled from the organization.
  • Treat all members with equal respect, regardless of race, age, gender, opinions, and sexual orientation.
  • PUNISHABLE OFFENSES
  1. Excessive use of profanity and inappropriate language.
  2. Insults, personal attacks, abuse, harassment.
  3. Derogatory comments based on nationality, culture, race, religion, gender, or sexual preferences.
  4. Begging or Soliciting.
  5. Distribution of a user’s personal information.
  6. Discussing or linking to illegal activities.
  7. Giving real world or in-game threats.
  8. Advertising other clans or organizations.
  9. Discussion (with the intent to troll) of social, religious, political, illegal or other controversial topics.
