We are Greasy. We aim to remain a small-medium sized PMC allied with larger industrial/PMC orgs.
Our offensive efforts focus on Black ops, Sabotage, Intelligence & Spycraft. In peace we focus on a strong logistics arm and player trading.
Each man should be a chess piece that can move in any direction. His idiosyncrasies are his own business. The most important thing is wit, in every sense of that word – Anything expected fails, Never be where you are meant to be.
Our core org values:
Consideration – Leadership is a privilege, not an excuse to crew ones polaris. Leaders exist to serve the org and ensure good experiences for those generous enough to lend us their time and talents.
Respect – Every member of the org has a right to be heard. The best idea is the best idea – No matter who is speaking it. No member shall be subject to bullying or abuse by any member of the org.
Freedom – We do not tie our members hands with arbitrary rules, For the most part as long as you arn’t breaking CIGs rules, or engaging in actions that could harm the orgs profitable ventures (Such as scamming, or leaking information on operations deemed classified) – Your business is your business.
OPSEC – During wartime and sensitive operations, we implement a rugged system designed to keep need to know info out of the hands of those who would wield it expertly against us

Org Divisions:
The org operates in 5 divisions:
- Combat ( Regular ground and air engagement )
- SpecOps ( Intel, Blackops, Spycraft )
- Logistics ( Transit, Convoys, Blockade running, quartermastery )
- Engineering ( Harvesting, Crafting, Player trading )
- Cheer (Unserious casual fun & racing)
You are free to join as few or as many divisions as you desire.
May I play with other orgs?
Members are welcome and encouraged to hold membership in as many orgs as they wish.
How will my contributions be counted?
We are in the process of designing and implementing a means for those leading operations to assign points to members of a group, based on participation time and activity. Example: You do 15 mins of mining, you get a mining point. Spend 15 mins providing air cover to said miner – You get an Escort point. You beat a hostile PVP pilot, you get a solo or group pilot kill point.
For the purposes of divvying up rewards on operations, Time spent and point contibutions will be weighed, with the former being the heavier factor.
We will be implementing a leaderboard and achievement system. You will be able to view the record of yourself and others, and there will be a monthy and all time leaderboard for those who enjoy a good long term goal.
How is Leadership arranged?
Chairman/Chairwoman – A rotating position that acts in concert with the council to ensure our core values are upheld. Only chair approved members will be able to hold this position.
The Council – Heads of departments & Those handpicked by the council to have shown personal character and expertise in alignment with the orgs goals & Values. Meets once a month (or as needed) to vote on topics that Divisions cannot manage internally. Before each vote there will be a “Townhall” meeting where members can ask questions, make suggestions for the agenda, and to vote on issues when appropriate. Members are of course also welcome to make suggestions in the appropriate Discord channel at any time.
Council members will after a period of time, be offered the opportunity to lobby for a “Chair approved” title. This will require winning a popular vote inside the Council, and then a popular vote win for the entire org.
Divisions – Each division will start with a Head of Division and a First Officer. As we expand further roles will be added to ensure we are able to properly support and facilitate the associated gameplay and member desires.
Departments – We will have a number of departments for specific problems that either trancend Division, or are currently too niche for thier own. Examples include the Diplomatic, Training and Trading departments. Each Department will have a department lead, and tailor a structure based on it’s needs.
