The Grey Pact

I. Show Up Some Times.

This should go without saying. All players are expected to show up sometimes. We all have lives and we only ask for the minimum.
(At the least stop by and say Hi)

In the event that you fail to complete the minimum within a 6 or more month period; Your Benefactor and/or Directors have the right to remove you from the group and bring in someone more qualified.

Similarly, if you are having external issues, life events let a Evocator know. This will allow a concession to be made for you. Also consistently signing up for group events and showing up late or flaky behavior is considered a violation of our pact.

II. Be Professional

Violating The Grey Pact is something that we take seriously, as it can lead to hard feelings and damage overall cohesion. In the event that someone is breaking the pact, Directors will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, regardless of player rank or tenure.

In the event that someone is behaving contrary to the pact, the first step is a discussion with the player in question and a notification that there is a problem. No further action will be taken, and if nothing else happens within a month the entire thing can be forgotten.

A separate or continuing incident requires further steps. Someone who is consistently behaving contrary to the pact will be assigned a probationary rank with limited privileges for a period of time – pending any further behavior violations. Further behavior issues will be dealt with via removal.

III. No second chances.

If someone is removed from Grey Pact Luxury INC. due to extensive inactivity, they may not rejoin our ranks without expressed consent. We’ll take whatever measures necessary to weed out infiltrators.
If someone is removed from Grey Pact Luxury INC. due to behavior violations, they will not be permitted to rejoin in the future.

IV. Have Fun Be Creative.

Keep it positive, keep it fun, keep it civil.

Leave your egos at the door.
Forum activity is not required.
Shaking down the wealthy is the goal but our image must always be maintained.
Mediocrity spreads like cancer — do not host it, and do not settle for less.
Strive to be More.
Whilst a member of this syndicate, you’re bound to cause abrupt endings to a whole lot of people’s progress. We ask that you remain a Gentleman, Gentlewoman and/or GentleNonBianaryAlphebetAttackChopperOrWatEves.
