Hadrian Convention / HADRIAN

Originally created by Boraxx (handle) in 2014. This ideology is similar to the Geneva Convention, aiming to protect the sick, wounded, shipwrecked and civilian populations. It also aims to give rights to prisoners of war regarding their treatment during detention.

Therefore, it is interesting for players wishing to make Ropleplay, to take this little project out of the drawers. To avoid reading a too complex document, the main points will be listed.
