Respect: Treat all fellow members, alliance partners, and other players with dignity and respect. Discrimination, harassment, or any form of disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

Communication: Maintain open, clear, and professional communication with your fellow members and alliance partners. Use appropriate language and avoid engaging in aggressive or offensive conversations.

Teamwork: Collaborate with your fellow members, share information, and support each other in achieving common goals. Encourage a positive atmosphere within the group and actively contribute to its success.

Chain of Command: Observe the established chain of command within the HLN Group. Follow the orders and directives of your superior officers and respect their decisions. In turn, those in leadership positions must act in the best interests of their subordinates and the organization.
