2952 – Engaged Vagabonds that were hovering around our encampment on the planet

Manifesto
Hurston Hounds Operating Manifesto
Our Vision and Manifesto is to conquer by expertise. In this day and age of 2954 the fleets are small rag tag bunches of less than 7 for the most part.
They are self serving pirate minds that cannot contemplate the vision of something greater than they were born with which is the stick between their legs and the promise of modest riches through strength. This mindset will only get you so far in the galaxy. As our borders expand, so must our minds. The promise of expertise must be cultivated through the training of a singular mindset for the greater good, that greater good is; Expertise.
It is posited that soldiers with a singular mindset concentrated will become much more proficient in its function, therefore a larger crew with more tasks will lead to more kills on the battlefield with less loss through efficiency and efficacy of duty.
Charter
Hurston Hounds Charter outline
Officers are recruited first and trained by the founding members. When those officers learn their roles, they then recruit a Sergeant which then in turn recruits green untainted talent to mold in to hardened experts in their chosen field. These experts can be casual but must like their assignments. Nothing says slow reaction time like “I dont want to be here”.
The recruits must have a taste for pvp in all its forms, not only pvp but not shy from it or if the candidate is good but lacks a blood lust then that candidate must be given a role that does not push them towards slaughter and be more mundane in nature.
