In every group i ran, I always held a Round-Table+Pyramid style of Government.
I prefer FREE THINKERS over any others. ALL CAPS to me, doesnt mean yelling, it means to create emphasis because im too lazy to use italics.

EVERYONE will be treated with the respect all persons are due, and with the proper dignity that is due them.
THAT SAID … i treat everyone differently, while trying to appear indifferent.
