Article I: Name and Purpose
- Name: Hurston Hyenas
- Purpose: Master the arts of scavenging, smuggling, salvaging, cargo hauling, and hired protection. We’re here to make a profit and have a blast while doing it.

Article II: Membership
- Eligibility: Open to anyone who embodies teamwork, resourcefulness, reliability, and respect.
- Application: Apply, get vetted, and join the fun.
- Rights and Responsibilities: Get involved, follow the rules, and enjoy the spoils.

Article III: Governance
- Leadership: Led by a Council of Elders – the savvy veterans.
- Council Duties: Make decisions, resolve conflicts, keep us on track.
- Elections: Council members are elected whenever a spot opens up due to a member stepping down or being booted.

Article IV: Code of Conduct
- Teamwork: Help each other out. Lone wolves need not apply (unless they bring snacks).
- Respect: No jerks allowed. Treat everyone with respect.

- Contracts: Take any contracts that come our way.
- Deals and Arrangements: Any deals or arrangements with other organizations need Council approval to keep things fair.
- Finances: Split the cut equally among everyone, including what they chipped in for the contract.

Article VI: Dispute Resolution
- Mediation: Council of Elders sorts out squabbles.
- Appeals: Members can appeal Council decisions to the general membership with a two-thirds vote.
