The Hycean Establishment of Authority is a galactic multi-planetary conglomerate which operates facilities on K2-18B, also known as Hycean. It primarily focuses on national security solutions, and is a major contractor for an undisclosed military aggregate.
History
The Hycean Establishment of Authority came into power after the Great Galactic War which was a powerful demonstration of the Hycerion people’s greatest weapon, the Dyson Sphere. This conglomerate rose to power after the climate crisis in the 21st century and rapid investments were made by North American governments to develop new defense mechanisms. While conducting business espionage operations against other defense contractors due to the competition in the market becoming more desperate for defense solutions. This allowed the Hycean Establishment of Authority to consolidate its power and focus on the Military Industrial Complex market, by using a Dyson Sphere to create shockingly efficient small arms hardware and military aircraft. By utilizing this powerful influence, the conglomerate has been able to suppress rival corporations and seeks to gain the sovereign stranglehold on the global marketplace.

Manifesto
This Organization maintains close ties to Crusader and Aegis Dynamics who share similar security contractor interests. Although the HEA isn’t afraid to compete on behalf of both sides of a conflict, selling military hardware and ships to the highest bidder. This allows for a gray area of operation, as these dealings aren’t publicly recorded and are instead contributed as military aid. With the main idea being to maintain profits above all else, regardless of who wins the war.
