History

Succeeding the Earth corporation of a similar name, the International Contract Agency, we were founded in June of 2951 as the Interstellar Contracts Agency by T. Lubanga, our incumbent CEO. He founded the ICA along with 2 of his long-term friends, Jakey Malteser and Tom Springfield. Serving as the Directors for the organisation, they have a joint vision of creating a specialist Bounty Hunting guild whilst also remaining open to other business ventures. By no means ‘veterans’ in the ‘verse, the trio have performed extensive research and now believe they are ready to take on players into their miniature family. Already, the ICA has taken 4 new players under its wing and is actively guiding them through Stanton.

Manifesto

The Interstellar Contracts Agency is defined and regulated by its values and, by extension, expects that all associates hold these values close. By applying to the ICA, you affirm that you will follow the values and aims of the Agency during your employment.

First off, let’s start with our origins. We were founded in 2951 by T. Lubanga, our incumbent CEO, with the aim of creating a platform for like-minded individuals to meet, communicate and hunt. Lubanga is a fan of bounty hunting and, with the recent increase in payouts and addition of the reputation system, this is our primary focus.

Our aims slightly differ, however. Our core aims are success, wealth and power and in the process, we are aiming to create a social platform. Whilst the aforementioned aims are that of the Agency, we will also aim to assist in achieving individual goals.

Now, onto our values.
Honesty – Honesty and, by extension, trustworthiness, is absolutely paramount. A lack of this is purely a hinderance and will only harm ourselves in the future.

Loyalty – By loyalty, we don’t just mean to us, the corporation, but to others and yourself. If you don’t understand loyalty, this may not be the place for you.

Selflessness – Being able to put others (and the Agency) first and their needs before your own is a must have. “Bis dat qui cito dat” – Meaning “He gives twice who gives promptly”. Giving without hesitation will always be much more appreciated than giving with resistance and you will be more likely to have it “paid forward”.

Accountability – This goes hand-in-hand with honesty. If you make a mistake, own it. Don’t try to hide from it or play it down. Take it as a learning experience and consider it a development of character.

Ingenuity – Whilst we want you to follow these values, don’t follow them blindly. Invest in what they mean, and use your own mind to innovate new methods of working.

Charter

1) Don’t be a complete asshole. We love being a pain in the ass to each other but don’t take things too far..

2) Don’t take things personally. If something genuinely concerns you, please contact a Supervisory Associate.

3) Work for the org, not for yourself. Everyone wants cool shit but if the organisation needs something, that should be priority.

4) Notify us of inactivity – We all want a break here and there, just give us a heads up!

5) Don’t spam or poach.
