The Knights of Vega are an Intergalactic Waste Management Company (WMC). We are composed of several divisions of freelancing effort to provide top quality waste management to the Stanton system. Through daily ad-hoc efforts, and scheduled monthly organization (org) events, the Knights of Vega maintain a daily, active presence in the ‘Verse.
Our monthly org events are coordinated through our Discord and cover a broad range of waste management services. Services rendered to our patrons may include salvaging, cargo hauling, VIP escort, bounty hunting, privateering, mining, and other waste management services as needed by our customers.
Players of all skill levels are welcome to join our proud numbers! Each Knight of Vega will invariably receive respect, support, and incentives (RSI). If you ever feel like you are not receiving the RSI you are entitled to, please contact your Sergeant to execute a Conflict Resolution Chain (CRC).
CHARTER

The Knights of Vega are an active organization (org) dedicated to providing unparalleled waste management service to the Stanton system and beyond. Every org member has a voice and is entitled to respect, support, and incentives (RSI).
Respect: Org members will respect the rights, opinions, and liberties of other members at all times, without question. Players are encouraged to resolve tensions or perceived wrong-doing at the lowest level possible. However, if informal methods do not pan out, our Conflict Resolution Chain (CRC) will be used to handle all escalated disputes fairly and professionally. Blatant or repeated violations will not be tolerated and all members, from the owner down, will be held accountable to this standard of conduct within the org.
Support: Every member of our org brings something to the table whether they realize it or not. Your time, opinions, effort, and experiences are valuable. With the ‘Verse still being in its early alpha stage, a new player may find a work-around for a bug that a seasoned Stanton resident has never encountered. Lend a hand to the other members of the org whenever you see a need. Ask questions, participate, and reap the full benefits that a unified org has to offer.
Incentives: Money is usually hard-earned and can deplete quickly. Mental and emotional resilience can go a long way to improving the quality of not only your time in the ‘Verse, but those playing alongside you as well. As an org, we take care of our own. There is enough for everyone or we are on our way to get more. Don’t be afraid to ask for help making ends meet, and be willing to pay it forward should your org-mates call on you for help.
Org events will be scheduled twice a month. Members are encouraged to attend events as your schedule permits. Each member is responsible to participate in at least one event a month. Basic supplies will be provided upon request prior to each org event. In addition to your share of the contract, participating members will be offered a small stipend after scheduled for-profit events that are not as profitable as intended. Some org events will be planned as not-for-profit activities such as training, drills, and team building exercises. Unexcused absence for three consecutive events, or unexcused non-participation in a monthly event for three months over a six month period will lead to a wardroom review and potential revocation of org membership. Administrative separation from the Knights of Vega may result in any property, gifts, allowances, compensation, privileges etc. being refunded, reclaimed, revoked, or otherwise denied by the giving party as applicable. This does not apply to any situation that requires the recipient to themselves forfeit goods or services involuntarily.
