OVERVIEW

The Eisen Corporation is a defense firm that largely deals with long term security details, short term escort sorties, and sudden defensive contracts (Assisting in overwhelming engagements against Vanduul, Pirates, and any other threat that intends to commit a crime of robbery, imminent death or destruction of property or other acts of malice.) We also sign on contracts with trading firms and any other employer that coincides with any of the following: Asset protection in transit to final destination, asset protection in storage awaiting transit, production facility security both planet based and space faring, criminal and or POW security services, and personal protection of assets and self for a set period of time. PLEASE NOTE THAT IT IS A BREACH OF CONTRACT TO INTERFERE WITH SECURITY OPERATIONS ONCE A CONTRACT IS NEGOTIATED AND SIGNED. BREACH OF CONTRACT WILL IMMEDIATELY RESULT IN WITHDRAWAL OF SERVICES, SEIZURE OF ANY GAINED ASSETS WHILE UNDER THE PROTECTION OF MYRIAD DEFENSE FORCES AND SUBSEQUENT PROPERTY OF EISEN CORPORATION, AND IMMEDIATE SUBJUGATION OF OUR RULES OF ENGAGEMENT IF OUR CONTRACTORS ARE MET WITH MALICE OR HOSTILE ACTION.

TERMS OF CONTRACT

By signing on a contract with Myriad Defense Forces and Eisen Corporation, you, the employer and subsequently those under your employ, agree to our terms of service and rules of engagement. Myriad Defense Forces personnel are to be in your service for the duration of the contract until the set period of the aforementioned contract has concluded, breach of contract has been committed, or unforeseen events that mandate the immediate withdrawal of Myriad Defense Forces personnel, equipment and ships from the area or face imminent annihilation from an overwhelming source. Please note that if withdrawal is seen as a necessary action, Myriad Defense Forces and subsequently the Eisen Corporation are not responsible for damage to personal property and self or death. Withdrawal is a final action to be taken if Myriad Defense Forces personnel are unable to quell a threat and are in danger of imminent destruction if action is not taken. NOTE: AS WE EXPAND OUR ENTERPRISE, THE AMOUNT OF MYRIAD DEFENSE FORCES ASSETS WILL INCREASE IN SIZE AND CAPABILITY MAKING WITHDRAWAL FROM AN OVERWHELMING SITUATION LESS LIKELY TO OCCUR If in the event that a contract cannot be fulfilled to completion for any possible reason, payment of the aforementioned contract will be renegotiated accordingly.

RULES OF ENGAGEMENT

By order of the Eisen Corporation, all Myriad Defense Forces personnel are authorized to take action involving lethal use of force in the event that Myriad Defense Forces personnel are met with extreme malice or hostile actions that are deemed of having the intent to cause personnel harm, injury, death, and destruction of materials and property of Myriad Defense Forces and subsequently the Eisen Corporation. Encounters dealing with Vanduul, Pirates, Criminal Syndicates and other hostile third party members will be terminated on sight according to our rules of engagement. MYRIAD DEFENSE FORCES AND SUBSEQUENTLY THE EISEN CORPORATION ARE NOT TO BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IN THE EVENT THAT YOU, THE EMPLOYER OR ANY PERSONNEL UNDER YOUR EMPLOY ARE TERMINATED IN THE ACCIDENTAL EVENT OF FRIENDLY FIRE WHILE IN COMBAT. TO AVOID ACCIDENTAL DEATH OR SERIOUS INJURY TO YOU, THE EMPLOYER AND OR PERSONNEL UNDER YOUR EMPLOY, REMAIN OUTSIDE OF COMBAT WHEN MYRIAD DEFENSE FORCES ARE ENGAGED UNLESS INSTRUCTED OTHERWISE BY MYRIAD DEFENSE FORCES PERSONNEL.

PAYMENT OF CONTRACT

When signing on a contract with the Eisen Corporation, you, as the employer, must take the following into consideration. * Hazard Pay * Logistical coverage * Nature of Contract * Duration of Contract * Traders and Merchants: Tonnage of cargo * Accommodations if not already provided by the Eisen Corporation for Myriad Defense Forces

HAZARD PAY

Hazard pay is to be charged to the contract if our contractors are subjected to third party members that have the intent to kill or cause any form of malice or other hostile action. This includes damage/ destruction to property in ownership to the Myriad Defense Forces and subsequently the Eisen Corporation. Hazard pay will be negotiated at the end of the contract period and will be based on the severity and duration of hostile encounters in the period of the aforementioned contract period.

LOGISTICAL COVERAGE

By signing on a contract, you, the employer agree to pay at least 30% of the logistical costs that Myriad Defense Force contractors and subsequently the Eisen Corporation endure through the set period of the contract. This includes the following: Ammunition replenishment, Fuel replenishment, ship / hull repairs and reconstruction, medical services and supplies, food and water costs, weapon maintenance, contractor wages, armor repair, room and board (if not provided by the Eisen Corporation), and other necessities. Logistical costs are estimated before signing on a contract with the employer(s) and take into consideration the following: Nature of contract, duration of contract, planned route of travel (if applicable), known hostile forces in area of operation, number of Myriad Defense Forces contractors being signed onto the contract, Number of ships belonging to the Myriad Defense Forces and subsequently the Eisen Corporation being signed on to the contract , and other foreseen events and factors being taken into consideration at the time of contract negotiation.

NATURE OF CONTRACT

Depending on the nature of the contract, the base fee may alter accordingly to fit a reasonable contract fee that is suitable for Myriad Defense Forces contractors. The base fee of a cargo protection contract may be vastly different that of a sudden defensive contract, depending on the aforementioned conditions as well as other external factors. BASE FEES WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE AT A FUTURE POINT IN TIME

ACCOMMODATIONS

If accommodations are not already provided for Myriad Defense Forces contractors and subsequently the property of the Eisen Corporation, it is the sole responsibility of you, the employer to provide such accommodations for the duration of the contract period. This includes room and board for Myriad Defense Forces personnel, housing for equipment and other materials and supplies provided for Myriad Defense Forces contractors by the Eisen Corporation, and storage for gained assets (depending on the nature of contract). ACCOMMODATIONS MUST BE MADE FOR MYRIAD DEFENSE FORCES PERSONNEL PRIOR TO SUBMITTING A CONTRACT OR THE APPLICATION WILL BE DECLINED UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF THE EISEN CORPORATION
