We are a UEE Legal Service Office / MERITORG for all — Organisations / Syndicates / Corporations / Faiths

We Founded the Pirate Rehab Center for those unfortunate people. Trying to get them back in society.
The UEE Legal Services Office has affiliations with everyone in the PU. We try to help everyone in need of our services. In trouble with the UEE Law or Bounty Hunters they all come to use. Pirate Legal Services has for many years served the PU and Inter-Species of other planets.

Windows: How to stop windows from slowing down your programs.

Only do this with 16 GB+ of memory or more.
How to turn off RAM/Memory compression USE: Right Click Mouse on Windows Icon /Click on Windows PowerShell (Admin) type or copy “ Disable-MMAgent -mc “ (return) don’t copy the quotes marks.! NOTE: this works with AMD or Nivida Cards…! (this will work with Intel Processors also) Remember to reboot after doing this…!

Note: if you have 64GB of RAM in most cases you can turn off Win PAGEFILE also. (This part will work with Intel Processors also).

MB Bios:
Make sure your Mother Board PCIE-subSYSTEM “4G” is turned on. Make sure your BIOS has it. This is used to extend your Video Card memory to run past the 4GB limit of old Vcards. If it is turned off your Vcard is limited to 4GB of memory used in old windows 32 bit stuff.

MB Bios: —- for AM4 CPUs
Mother Board – “10bit Tag Support” will increase your GPU speed by 1-3 % if turned on. Auto Mode = OFF; This will not work with old M.2 drives. The hardware needs to be Gen4 or 5 / Amazing Graphics with this on, if your running a 10bit monitor in 10 bit mode Vcard. This is a must do for Nivida GEN4 cards. (Note: You can not use some LINUX OS apps with this.) This does work with DDR5 but does not seem to be in the 7000/9000 bios. This should also work for AMD Gen 4 Video Cards.

MB Bios Path: (not for intel board) for 3000 / 5000 AMD Mother boards
you can find this in MB: / advanced / amdcbs / nbio / 10bit —— DDR5 may not have 10bit Tag in the bios but it does use it. This was for DDR4 and AMD AM4 Processors.

MB Bios:
C State: Global C-State in MB can be turned off and it will increase your FPS another 2 to 3 FPS on top of what the other stuff gives you.

Nvidia Driver / AMD Driver:
Micro Shuttering is caused by shaded cache in the Nvidia driver – Turn it off. Always run Fast Sync in the driver. AMD driver has the equivalent setting also. Vcard graphics for shader in most cases is faster than your standard SATA I/O speed. Only a “m.2 SSD” might be faster than a Vcard shader cache I/O. Micro Jerking is cause by the I/O delay to the SSD shader cache on your SSD. This can not be turned off in a AMD Vcard, but it can still cause jerking. High speed SSD’s do give you better gaming with shader cache.
I also suggest you run the Nvidia Studio Drivers not the gaming drivers for SC.

Window 10/11 always uses compression unless your turn it off. Window ONLY allows 1 thread to do compression/decompression no matter how many cores you have. This is why it is a major bottle neck in most games. Windows compression is what kills most games. Windows in uncompressed mode can take up to 40GB of memory if everything in windows is running. Most people in SC can get by with 16GB of memory but 32GB runs better.

Buying & Selling / Based on (Earth Pawn Shop Rules)

Law Offices recommend all transaction use the 50 / 20 rule. Explained as Follows.!
Original Price from UEE = 100%
Seller to Buyer gets 1/2 or 50% of UEE original price.
Buyer that sells to a UEE customer gets 20% more of the 50% price he paid for the item to make a profit but never exceeds UEE original price.
This 50/20 rule is the guide lines for common sales in most transactions.

Once there is a dispute the UEE Law Office gets a cut also depending on value and time spent resolving the issue.
Law is expensive in all cases. Yes, we are reasonable.

Loans & Payments

  1. The PU is a big place each sector has it’s own rules. Interest rates can very from sector to sector.
  2. Just because he is a Pirate does not mean you don’t have to pay him.
  3. Storing your junk in someones hanger by law the hanger owns your junk. <- something to remember.!
  4. All transactions are final even if it was a mistake. Check twice before hitting that button.

Bonding

  1. NCP can not be BONDED because they are not human. Nor can you collect on them if used in a cargo ship haul.
  2. In getting a Pirate BONDED means we pay the expense if he steals from you or blows your ship up.
  3. In getting a Ship Bonded means we pay your losses if you lose the cargo. Not all ships can be bonded or insured. Only legal cargo can be hauled. Route’s can not be altered. Extra cargo can not be hauled on a Bonded Ship NCP’s can not be used on a Bonded Ship. Ships require INSURANCE to have the Cargo Bonded…! You do not get new cargo only the cash value of the Bond value on it in UEE dollars.

3Rd Party Money Handler

How this works is if you don’t trust the guy you are dealing with then we hold your money until the deal is done. If the deal falls through then you get back all your money. Both gamer’s have to agree on the deal and the transactions. If ether gamer is unsatisfied with the deal negotiations start until the property is delivered. The Law office at the point of delivery being done gets it cut only then..

Charter

Pirate Legal Services helps everyone in need. Recover your Ship.! Buy a Planet.! Sell an Item.! Some place to store your stuff.! Short term Loans.! Pay a bounty hunter.! Pay a Organisation.! Get accesses to some part of the PU no one else can. Help return stolen goods.! Body Guards..!

UEE Basic Law

  1. Criminals it’s ok to kill the Bounty Hunter you get all this stuff he has with him in the local area. (Even his ship if it’s local to him).
  2. Bounty Hunter you get all the criminals stuff / loot in the local area if you kill him. But you get more if you bring him in alive.
  3. Would be Criminals – if you kill some one the Bounty Hunters will come after you, you will be marked as wanted in the PU.
  4. Bribing a Bounty Hunter – Some criminals do and some get their money taken. You should always use a 3rd Party Money Handler for this kind of thing. UEE law forbids this but not every section of the PU is the UEE.
  5. Laws will become added as the PU unfolds.

Personal Bounty

  1. There is no law against this in the PU but if a player is bother by another player in a harassing manner a personal bounty can be placed on the harassing player. Be for warned this can go both ways and start a war. PU law has wide boundaries in bounties.
