History
The thought behind creating a contractor in-world was rather simple.
Yuri had a bigger and better hangar than I, and offered the use of his ships once something like 2.0 was released..
This got me thinking, as I started to upgrade my own hangar, and as other friends started to pick up starter packages, how could I get everyone outfitted and geared to the point where we could all work on the same level, and make the most out of what we had?
Could we bring others in with a no-obligation offer to our newly occupied universe?
We Could Try!
Manifesto
We intend to provide ships and work to new players, and to those looking to step up into the world of multicrew ships.
We intend to offer fair fly-to-own contracts to allow both new and upgrading players to work towards paying for their ship, while being able to use it as they please.
And we are surely going to be open and friendly towards anyone needing help, or wanting to offer their help alongside theirs.
This is an incredible new world coming out, one long anticipated by over a million waiting pilots.
Let us populate it and set the foundation for a thriving world right at the start, let no one be left behind, staring at their local map with no way to explore the stars. Give them a seat on your ship, in a turret or second seat managing systems!
We sure will be, and paying for a player rather than npc!
We don’t care which side of the law you’re on, as long as you don’t directly interfere with us or our business.
It might be your business you’re interfering with too…

- Wheaton’s Law. Don’t Be A Dick
- Okay, you might have to be a dick to make your point. Space someone if you must, they can always respawn at one of our conveniently located medical Endeavors.
- Be Honest. Seriously. We’re going to pay you in cash/goods and a ship if that’s in the contract, and if there’s a ship involved chances are you’re using it anyways. Just help us keep our books on the level, and that shiny new toy will be yours faster than you think.
- You see how I’ve named the Organization’s ranks? Yeah. They’re like that for a good reason. If they aren’t Small Ship certified that means you stuff them in an escape pod at worst, turret at best.
General Rules Covered.
Ship Specific Rules Next.
- Crews on voice with eachother get priority for multicrew ships. Efficiency. If you’re total strangers, but are willing to voice for multicrew, great, now you’re friends and regular crew members!
- Same goes for if you want to make a fighter wing. We’ll try to accommodate putting you all in similar ships with preferred load outs. It’s going to be your ship soon anyways, may as well load it up and see how you like it while you earn it.
- We offer the same trade in, up, and across rate as RSI does for ship swapping. We’re not going to make any more or less than they are, we’re just going to be a little more convenient about it in world.
- We’re not pirates or space assholes. Please try to help others rather than hindering or using them for profit. Unless they’re into that sort of thing, then w/e.
- Jobs done for players: If you get a tip, that’s all you man. We just want our cut from what you were paid to haul. Bonuses for anything you were paid to haul will be discussed on a case by case basis. Probably 60/40 in your favour, but we’ll see.
- Random encounters for militant ships: Damsels in distress clause. Any money earned from helping randoms is a straight 50/50 split over 10k UEC. 5-10k is 75/25 your favour, under 5k is all you. This is subject to change based on refuel/reload/repair costs vs reward. Bare minimum split will be enough to see your ship re-upped for what you used and for repairs, plus some money in your pocket for your good deed. If you’ve made bank off a merchant or something, well, a good part of our cut goes towards you paying off your ship, and the remainder towards expanding our fleet so the next person in line for a ship has a ride.
Our Personal Goal Isn’t Money.
It’s helping you into a better ship, getting you a good start into the ‘verse, and seeing it GROW.
