Misguided Misfits Manifesto:
In the vast and unforgiving universe, we are the ones who don’t belong—by choice. We are the outcasts, the rogues, and the wanderers, carving our path through the stars. We fly with no one except the Misguided, by the standards of the galaxy—but to us, freedom is our guide. We embrace chaos, adventure, and the unknown, and we make our stand as Misfits.

Who We Are
We are the dreamers and the defiant. We are the scavengers of the forgotten worlds, we Mine, Salvage and do Hauling to make a buck. And sometimes smugglers of goods and secrets, the explorers of the uncharted. We don’t wait for permission or ask for forgiveness. Our ranks are as diverse as the stars we travel—mercenaries, traders, engineers, outlaws, and everything in between.

We don’t follow the rules because they were never meant for us. We make our own.

What We Stand For
Freedom Above All
No authority tells us where to go or how to live. We live free, by our code, and answer to no one but ourselves. If there’s a line in the sand, we’ll cross it—not out of rebellion, but because it’s who we are.

Unity Through Diversity
We are different, yet united. We embrace individuality—each Misfit brings something unique to the crew, whether it’s a sharp mind, a strong arm, or the courage to face the unknown. In our differences, we find strength.

Exploration and Adventure
The known universe is too small for us. We seek the uncharted, the dangerous, and the undiscovered. Our lives are lived in motion, never confined by borders, planets, or laws. If there’s a system no one’s dared to visit, you’ll find us there first.

No Mission Too Wild
Whether it’s a high-stakes heist, daring rescue, or risky trade route, we take on what others won’t. Danger is just another challenge, and we don’t shy away from it. If the odds are against us, that’s when we thrive.

Loyal to Each Other
In a galaxy full of betrayal and broken promises, we are true to our own. Misfits never abandon a fellow Misfit. Out there, we might be hunted, exiled, or marked, but together we’re unstoppable.

Fly Fast, Fly Free
The stars are endless, and so are the possibilities. We take the winding path, the detours, and the unexpected turns because that’s where the real stories are made.

Take What’s Yours
If it’s not bolted down, it’s fair game. We scavenge, salvage, mine, cargo haul, and seize opportunity wherever we find it. But we never take from the helpless—only those who’ve forgotten what it means to earn their keep.

Live Bold, Die Well
The universe doesn’t owe us anything. We make our own luck, live without fear, and when the time comes, we go down fighting. To live a full life means taking risks and leaving a legacy that can’t be erased.

Charter of the Misguided Misfits:

We, the Misguided Misfits, unite under a single banner of independence, adventure, and freedom. In a universe where order is often dictated by the powerful, we choose to live on our own terms. This charter serves as the guiding principles for our crew, ensuring that while we reject the conventional, we stand together as a force that thrives on chaos, camaraderie, and the call of the stars.

Article I: Purpose

The Misguided Misfits exist to pursue freedom, adventure, and profit in the vast expanse of space. We stand against the rigid structures of galactic governments, corporations, and factions, choosing to forge our own path as free agents of fortune, exploration, and rebellion.

Our purpose is simple:
•To explore the uncharted reaches of space.
•To engage in daring missions, from high-risk heists to bold rescues.
•To defy any system that seeks to control or subjugate us.

Article II: Membership

Section 1: Becoming a Misfit Membership in the Misguided Misfits is open to all who reject the status quo and seek freedom in the stars. No one is judged by their past, only by their willingness to contribute to the crew and stand by their fellow Misfits.

Requirements for joining:

1.Independence of Spirit – You must be willing to live by your own rules, without fear of authority or conformity.

2.Courage to Act – Whether in the heat of battle or the quiet of deep space, you must be ready to act boldly, even when the odds are against you.

3.Loyalty to the Crew – While we reject external hierarchies, loyalty to fellow Misfits is paramount. Every Misfit has each other’s back, no questions asked.

Section 2: Rights of Members:
•Every Misfit has the right to voice their opinions in matters of the crew’s direction and decisions.
•No Misfit will be left behind, abandoned, or forgotten. The crew is family, and we protect our own.
•Every Misfit is entitled to an equal share of any profit or loot acquired through crew missions.

Section 3: Grounds for Expulsion While we live without rules imposed on us, there are few lines even a Misfit cannot cross. A member can be expelled from the crew under the following circumstances:
•Betrayal of the crew or another Misfit.
•Cowardice in the face of danger, resulting in harm or loss to the crew.
•Gross Negligence that endangers the crew or its missions.

Expulsion requires a majority vote from the crew leadership (see Article IV).

Article III: Code of Conduct

While we live by few laws, the following tenets govern the conduct of the Misguided Misfits:

1.No Misfit Left Behind
In times of danger, every member of the crew is responsible for their fellow Misfit. We fight as one, escape as one, and, if need be, fall as one.

2.Honor Among Misfits
We do not betray each other for personal gain. Trust within the crew is sacred.

3.Seize Opportunity, Not Innocence
We take what we need from the powerful, the corrupt, and the exploiters. We do not target those who are powerless or oppressed. If someone fights back, they are fair game—but we do not prey on the defenseless.

4.Live Free, Die Free
Every Misfit is free to pursue their own path, as long as it doesn’t endanger the crew. Our only bonds are those of loyalty and mutual respect. Each member is free to leave the crew, but only if they do so with honor.

Article IV: Leadership and Decision Making

Section 1: Leadership Structure: While we are a collective of equals, the need for coordination and decision-making on critical matters requires leadership roles. These roles are not permanent positions of authority, but responsibilities carried out for the good of the crew during missions. The Misfit Council will have the final say in all matters that effect the group.

•The Council – An odd number of leaders who debate decisions, listen to the people, and ultimately make the finale decision for all important matters.

•Captain – Elected by the Council or the group, the Captain is responsible for running the missions they are elected for.

Section 2: Decision Making
•Major Decisions (such as major alliances, large-scale missions, or the relocation of the crew) require a majority vote from the Council. The Council MUST listen to and take into effect the will of the Misfits.
•Minor Decisions (such as smaller mission details or equipment management) can be made by the leadership, particularly the Captain, but input from the crew is always welcome.

Article V: Operations and Missions

Section 1: Types of Missions The Misfits engage in a wide range of activities to keep the crew funded and equipped, including: Major Industrial activates, major Mining and Salvaging operations
•Smuggling and Trade – Running valuable, often illicit cargo across systems.
•Bounty Hunting – Taking on contracts to capture or eliminate targets, as long as they align with our moral compass.
•Exploration – Mapping uncharted regions, discovering new opportunities.
•Combat Operations – When necessary, engaging in direct action to defend the crew or take down threats.

Section 2: Division of Spoils All spoils of a mission—be it currency, goods, or information—are divided equally among the crew. Any leftover resources are distributed according to need or held in reserve for future operations.

Article VI: Amendments
This charter is a living document, and like the Misfits themselves, it can change and adapt as necessary. Any member can propose an amendment to the charter. Amendments must be ratified by a two-thirds vote of the active crew to take effect with final approval from the Council.

We, the Misguided Misfits, adopt this charter as the foundation of our collective existence. We live by our code, with loyalty to each other and a passion for freedom, knowing that the universe offers no guarantees, only opportunities.
