History

MISHAP Inc. burst onto the Star Citizen scene in 2952 with a flamboyant rebranding, cleverly distancing themselves from an infamously accident-prone company. The decision came after realizing that associating with frequent mishaps wasn’t the best business strategy—surprising, right?

Founded as a versatile corporation specializing in Industrial, Security, Medical, and Science endeavors, MISHAP Inc. quickly gained recognition for their ability to tackle any challenge the ‘verse threw at them. Whether it’s extracting stranded ships from asteroid belts or curing “space flu,” they’ve got you covered.

Known to lead with a “Golden Boot,” the resourceful leadership of MISHAP Inc. has guided the organization to thrive in the enigmatic grey area of the Star Citizen universe. They uphold a firm stance against piracy, which might seem odd considering their occasional flirtation with morally ambiguous endeavors when the stars align—after all, UEC makes the galaxy go round.

MISHAP Inc. has encountered rival factions and organizations, and much to everyone’s surprise (including their own), they emerged victorious from those encounters. With each triumph, their reputation grew, leaving a trail of memorable achievements and a few hilarious anecdotes—like the time they accidentally locked themselves out of their own ship during a daring heist. Hey, nobody said being the galaxy’s jack-of-all-trades was without its moments of comedic relief.

Through their growth, MISHAP Inc. remains grounded, cherishing their humble beginnings as a scrappy group capable of turning any mishap into an opportunity. They march forward, their determination as unyielding as their pursuit of excellence.
