Originally, a small group of former UEE and private military contractors banded together, offering a specialized service—smuggling rare goods and weapons in and out of secure areas. As the galaxy’s unstable political landscape began to deteriorate, so did the availability of vital supplies, creating a void that Black Mark was quick to fill.
The group quickly realized that the traditional methods of arms procurement were too slow and too easily compromised. They began to recover military-grade weaponry, like the elusive FS9s, F55s, and other high-demand pieces from fallen bunkers, downed ships, and abandoned facilities across dangerous zones like MicroTech, Hurston, and the Pyro system. They saw a lucrative market for these weapons, untraceable and untouched by the law, and began secretly supplying corporate factions, mercenaries, and underworld syndicates alike.
Their rise in prominence came not just from weapons trading, but from a willingness to provide mercenary support for clients in need of security and tactical expertise. Article I: Purpose and Objectives
To facilitate the secure supply of rare, looted weapons and military-grade gear to private entities, mercenaries, and organizations in need.
To offer specialized mercenary support services, including combat escorts, hostile takeovers, asset protection, and tactical consulting.
To provide high-end, secure transport services for dangerous cargo, ensuring safe extraction and delivery through covert operations.
To expand our influence by leveraging black market dealings, clandestine contracts, and high-stakes trades that no other entity can handle.
Article II: Code of Conduct
Respect for the Chain of Command: Leadership must be followed without hesitation. Orders from Narco and the leadership team are to be executed immediately.
Loyalty and Trust: Betrayal will not be tolerated. Each member is expected to uphold the integrity of Black Mark Operations. Failure to comply results in termination of membership.
Confidentiality: Members are expected to uphold the highest levels of secrecy. The operations of Black Mark must remain in the shadows; failure to maintain this code will lead to swift punishment.
Article III: Membership and Roles
Members: Every individual in Black Mark Operations must be an expert in their field, whether it be arms dealing, mercenary work, or logistical expertise. Contribution to operations will be valued over all else.
Leadership: The leader (Narco) holds ultimate authority. All decisions will be made with the leader’s oversight, though trusted officers will manage day-to-day operations.
Profit Sharing: Members contribute to the organization’s success and share in the profits. Commissions will be paid based on individual contributions and overall success of missions.
